Drive Dubai Discovery Pavilions

Negative experience: It always takes a month to book a class, which is completely opposite of what they would tell you at the start or before your first payment. Having no instructors nor available cars should not be the problem of your students. We pay what we need to pay but we do not get the classes easily. Not recommending it to any of my friends. Never again.

Fantastic experience: Recently I finally got my UAE driving license. Thanks to Drive Dubai, the instructors in DIP-2 - especially Ashique Nabeel, and the branch in Discovery Gardens Pavilion. The procedure of getting the UAE driving license is a challenge even if you have a national license. After review of several driving schools I have chosen Drive Dubai. Their offer was the most attractive pricewise, they provide a shuttle bus to get to and from the School and Test Yard in DIP-2. Besides Drive Dubai is located near RTA in DIP-2 and the classes and school tests were taken in the same area where RTA tests are held. It's important and comfortable especially for the newcomers. Shehram, the administrator in Discovery Gardens branch, was always supportive and ready to help. When he was available he replies promptly; in other cases I needed to wait for some time but that's understandable - whenever I came to the Drive Dubai Desk in the Pavilion there were always customers with inquiries. Most of driving instructors were open, supportive (even those who did not teach you tried to support everyone, especially during tests), professionals. I got several classes with Ashique Nabeel and it was the most productive time in the school. He replied all questions and gave guidelines on the road, provided clear explanation of the test requirements and individual approach to each student. It was always comfortable driving with him. I highly recommend Drive Dubai if you need to obtain the UAE driving license, not matter if you have a driving experience and a national licence or you need to learn to drive from zero.

Fantastic experience: Good experience. Friendly staff (Shehra), responsive. People just need to give the staff space. They are not robots. Can be late, sick. Offcourse they will go on lunch breaks and reply a little late if they are busy. Overall good guidance, and no fraud. Thanks

Negative experience: Came to pavilion by 10 am waited for almost an hour. No one is here and after calling ca center even call center could not reach staff. Terrible service.
