Fantastic experience: Very high quality and fast service. Polite and professional service. Always keeping up with the updates and straightforward. Highly recommended. Specially Mr.Shehzan, who always followed up and helped with booking and registration.

Positive experience: I was inquiring today and the lady seems not interested to entertain me, and doing her things ( e.g. spraying perfume,drinking, ) while answering my queries. The rating is for poor customer service.

Negative experience: Agent is rude and impatient. Even though there was no queue, and I was the only customer, the guy couldn't speak any faster. Because of him, I'm hesitant to get my license at belhasa, I'd rather pay a bit more and go to edi.

Negative experience: Came here to apply for a driving class, however, we were greeted with a very poor customer service. The agent is annoyed of the long queue and it is evident on his face and the way he treats his clients. We won’t mind waiting if the reception was good or atleast apologetic but his attitude is downright rude. My 45-minutes is gone for nothing.

His communication skills are splendid and his very audible you would want to only listen to him speak the great information and great knowledge he has about the acquisition of the license.
