Negative experience: للاسف ايكوا درايف اسوأ مدرسة شوفتها في حياتي قمة التجاهل وعدم المصداقية انا فتحت ملف ف المدرسة من شهر 10/2023والاستاذه آيه ال فرع ديره سيتي سنتر هي ال فتحتلي الملف وبعد مفتحت الملف واخذت الكوميشن بتاعها مبتدرش علي رسايلي في الواتساب وقمة التجاهل وعدم التقدير وسيباني غرقان ومش عارف اعمل ايه ازاي بعد 8 شهور معاناه في المدرسة لوحدي ومن غير اي مساعده من الاستاذه ال فتحت معاها الملف اوصل لأمتحان التقييم المبدئي في المدرسة وأرسب مرتين وكل اختبار بعد شهر ونص وشهرين وانا معايا ليسن في بلدي 13سنة واكتر .. وعملت شكوي بعد رسوبي الاخير في المدرسة بسبب تعمد الفاحص إنه يرسبني وبرده قمة التجاهل وعدم الرد علي الشكوي المقدمة مني للمدرسة وللاسف كل اصدقائي في المدارس التانيه استلموا الليسن بعد شهر بالظبط من تاريخ فتح الملف والله ده حرام حرام وانا مش هسكت ولازم اوصل صوتي واقدم شكوي ل RTA واعرف كل المقيمين في دولة الامارات العربية الشقيقة إن المدرسة دي فاشلة ونسب النجاح فيها 10 ف 100

Fantastic experience: I took last 2 hours class with Abdul Jalil Muhammad Shafiq to al quoz branch. I had very Professional lesson and training from him. I m very glad to have a wonderful atmosphere to get trained here. Alhamdulillah today i have pass rta road test.

Negative experience: Pathetic Services!!! Third Class School... Fraudsters... Firstly they will fraud you by saying that all the classes will be in vicinity however it won't. It's been 13 days they didn't updated the status as "Failed" of my Assessment. As a result I am not able to book the next class........ Utter waste of time...... Pathetic... I have called multiple times to their call center they don't have any update.. every time they ask to wait 24 hrs n to my surprise they don't have any supervisor to take call.... They don't deserve to be in UAE Market.......

Negative experience: Dear ECO DRIVE MANAGEMENT , I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the lack of assistance I have received in attempting to book my RTA exam. I have been diligently trying to schedule my exam for the past three months, and despite my numerous attempts to seek help, I have not received any support. It is disheartening to experience such a prolonged lack of response and follow-up on my file. I understand that processes can be complex, but the extended delay in addressing my concern is causing significant inconvenience and stress. I urge you to investigate this matter urgently and provide the necessary support to ensure my RTA exam booking is processed promptly. This is unacceptable I shall make a complain to the necessary Dubai authorities regarding this matter. How can it be that you ignore my file for this duration of time? all for whatever reason??? I have paid money and all for this and got nothing. I want a call directly from the senior management on Monday 20th November this is utterly unacceptable.
