Negative experience: I went and registered here 3 months before. Before registration they picked up the call. After registration, for 3 continuous months, no one is answering the call nor reply. I am really disappointed

Negative experience: This driving school (EDI Al Quoz centre) is very unethical & seems like a scam that cheats common people, who try for a driving license in Dubai. I had failed in the final RTA road test & they convinced me to go for the VIP platinum package. My mistake, I shouldn't had fallen into their trap to get the driving license so quickly by agreeing to play almost AED 18k. I was asked to pay 2K as a token amount to create the application ( I previously had paid them 2k as I had in golden chance). On the next day, I had requested them to refund my amount as no class/nothing had started. I needed that money back for some personal emergency. It has been over 10 days & they haven't refunded my amount. I have called their call centre so many times, but every time they say, we are working & will refund full amount very soon. I'm going to raise this on Twitter also to RTA & to Dubai government officials. Hope, they intervene to help me. My application (EDI Registration ID* : 23238676)

Fantastic experience: Today I got my RTA license. Thanks to Mr. Ajesh, (JLT branch ) for all his support. He was very helpful in coordinating/ rescheduling my classes. Overall experience with edi jlt branch was good.

Positive experience: Just recently passed my exam- all thanks to my instructors Mr. Hakkim (parking instructor) and most especially to Ms. Meron (parking and road instructor). I have passed my RTA parking and RTA road assessment in one take. Their efforts are greatly appreciated and their skills in teaching is commendable. I hope that due recognition will be given to them. Thank you once again, Mr. Hakkim and Ms. Meron. :) EDI: One thing can be improved is the waiting time between classes and exams- it would be ideal to have the exam as soon as the classes are complete as there is no opportunity for the students to practice while on waiting period. As there is a huge gap between classes and exam, by the time you will finally do your assessment, you’ve most likely already forgotten most of the things you’ve practiced on. Also, perhaps a proper parking yard area to actually practice on- I believe this would greatly improve the way students learn. :)

Negative experience: edi in general has downgraded its services while still paying for premium. their website's payment gateway is horrible. there booking system is unreliable. takes you forever to get a license from here as they still enrol students beyond their capacity/ facility thus compromising quality. i will recommend the smaller schools instead.

Fantastic experience: Decent place. Good, clean facilities. Good instructors, but most importantly, they're good with giving dates for the exam.

Negative experience: The worst driving institute in dubai. Its been 3 months that i haven't finished my practical training yet and they are just keeping on hold. Out of 20 hours 13 hours was completed on 26th April and then my instructor told me that within 3 days institute will contact me for my further classes but till now no contact has been made from institute. So i am sharing personal experience to those who are willing to get liscence do not choose this institute. The worst institute.

Negative experience: I would suggest everyone to not to register/open file on this branch as the guy (Rehman) sitting there is not even worthy to talk, he is extremely disrespectful and have no manners to talk, I have complained about him several times but no action was taken against him.

Negative experience: Please pick up the call. I have been trying to schedule my driving lessons. No response from the branch at all.

Negative experience: never answers the phone. ever! this location at JLT. secondly, we bought a driving lesson package for me wife, at which point they told us there is a 2 week wait after theory class before she can strat driving lessons. 2 weeks beceme 6 weeks! an extra 4 weeks of waiting, for such a huge price of 8000 dhms. i complained many times, in person, over phone, spoke with person calling himself “supervisor” from al quoz. nothing, no apology, no concession, everyone at the organisation reacting as if this is normal. just ridiculous level of service and no care for customer.

Negative experience: The worst place to go very long waiting to book a class one month for re test They will make you fail till you upgrade the package, they are saying it clearly once you pay you will pass the tests Very frustrating and time consuming and rude people to deal they don't even pickup the calls
