Fantastic experience: Got my license in 3 months of file opening. There was an issue with the file opening, which was resolved in a week. But everything after that was smooth, and got class bookings every day I wanted, and there were no delays caused due to the availability of slots. Took all my classes from the main branch, and made all the bookings from the Bin yaber app, which was surprising cuz of how responsive the back end is. Classes, tests bookings and even transport changes can be made using the app in seconds.

Fantastic experience: Very nice institute with great customer care support. Their tutors are also very good especially my Sudanese tutor Mr Ibrahim in oud metha branch, he’s very patient and reserved while teaching. He makes you a better driver and still gives you tips on how to easily pass your tests and exam, I Will recommend always. The only difficulty I experienced was having to go to Al ruwuyya for my parking practice, aside that every other thing is top notch

Fantastic experience: Moving around from all the driving school, I did select Bin Yaber Driving institute to obtain my Dubai licence. One of the main reasons to select this driving school was the confidence Yusuf (Sales Officer) from Muhaisna branch showed that I will get my license within 2.5-3 mths. He did make my onboarding process very smooth and every step he guided me. Thanks to all the instructors and assessor from Bin Yaber who assisted me in this successful journey. Negative experience: Mr. Youssef followed up well, but the company did not provide the right answer to my requests, waiting for about three weeks due to the driver's mistake and visiting the main company three times in person could not give me a proper solution, and I had to pay for the re-class due to the driver's mistake. to pay, I am satisfied with Mr. Yusuf, but I am not satisfied with Ben Yaber company at all

He has always helped me out in every way possible. from booking classes to anything required. Fantastic experience: Yesterday i've completed my RTA Final test and luckily i've passed. I've opened my file here in muhaishna 4 branch and the agent there Mr Yousef was a real nice and gentlemen, he's helped me a lot and since im just 18 the urge for me to get my license was high. Everytime i completed a payment i would run behind him if my classes weren't booked but he's always kindly assisted me. If you guys want to book or open ur file i highly recommend going to the muhaishna 4 branch and meeting Mr Yousef.

Fantastic experience: My daughter joined the institute through Muhaisnah branch. Mr. Yousuf from muhaisnah branch helped us a lot throughout the process. Mr. Shibin - driving instructor was a great teacher. He helped my daughter to be confident in driving. The only small drawback was that during peak times it is difficult to book classes immediately. Overall our experience has been good and my daughter was able to clear it in first attempt.

Negative experience: I opened my file on 12-09-2023, and at that time, I was assured that there would be only a one-month waiting period before I could proceed with my tests and classes without any further delays. Regrettably, this has not been the case. Despite making timely payments and attending classes regularly, I have faced continuous setbacks in scheduling tests and classes. After completing one test, I have had to endure an additional waiting period of almost 15 to 20 days before being scheduled for the next one. It has now been four months since I opened my file, and I have only recently completed the internal yard test. However, if I do not receive the final test within the next 45 days, it will take a total of six months, putting me at risk of having my file cancelled as per the regulations of the RTA. The prolonged delay in obtaining my license has caused me significant stress and inconvenience. I fail to understand why your school is accepting more students if it cannot manage the timely processing of their files. It is disheartening to see my time and money being wasted due to the inefficiencies in your school's administration. I urgently seek clarification on the following points: Why has there been a consistent delay in scheduling tests and classes despite assurances of a one-month waiting period? Who is responsible for the extended waiting periods and the potential cancellation of my file as per RTA regulations? What steps will your school take to expedite the processing of my final test and ensure compliance with RTA guidelines? For your reference, my file details are as follows:
