Positive experience: I had amazing experience in Belhasa Driving School thank you to Jeff who Introduced me here. Big thanks also to Ali who’s giving me schedule for my lesson and exams. The staff are all friendly and supportive specially the security guard who’s always assisting people there, and also big thanks to my mentor Abdul Majeeb for being patient and helpful while he’s teaching me what is the rules and how to do safe drive. Balancing learning to drive with work can be challenging, so it's impressive that I persevered and achieved your goal. Big thank again specially to God who is guide me for this journey.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Belhasa. I did my registration at their kiosk in Deira city center and I would like to thank Jeffrey for assisting me with all the inicial process and information, he was very king, helpful and gave me all the necessary details. In Belhasa Al Jaddaf branch, everyone was very friendly. I had the most amazing and patient instructor, Zubair, who taught me how to drive from zero. Highly recommend him as an instructor. The classes were great and very smooth. I had no issues at all. Even though I failed garage parking twice, I did the whole process in around 40 days (from registration to RTA license) and I’m very satisfied with everything.

Negative experience: Believe it or not I have paid AED14,000. to get a driving license. I have only filled 3 times for same mistake due the instructors advises and RTA INSPECTORS When you go from side road to main road . First time instructor told me something to do , and i have did. Second instructor told me something else and i have did Third one told me something else and I have did. Finally i failed for the following reasons. 1st RTA INSPECTOR TOLD ME YOU ARE hesitate. 2nd RTA inspector told me you are faster. 3rd RTA inspector told me you are solow. No 4 told me you are delaying the car back side. Every time I have to pay. PLEASE DON'T GO.

He went out of his way to accommodate my requirements, he personally managed the entire process on my behalf to secure my license which included booking the classes, booking the test and keeping me updated even during the lockdown due to Covid situation. I would request the company to acknowledge and appreciate his hardwork and willingness to help the customers going out of his way.

Fantastic experience: Experienced the same what I expected after listening about belhasa. I was guided in detail about all the packages and helped to choose which suited me the most. Miss Rekha was helpful and was patient about my detailed questions. Loved the over all service.

Negative experience: The staff was super rude and not patient with the questions I asked. They did not have enough knowledge and information about different packages for different categories of customers. I was even asked by them to go to other driving school to clarify my questions....Our conversation wasn’t even finished and she rushed me away in order to take the next customer.
