Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience with Ashraf, one of the staff members/instructors. His behavior was unprofessional and fell far short of the service standards I expected from a driving school. Misbehavior of any kind is unacceptable, especially in an environment where clear communication and respect are crucial for learning. I strongly urge the management to address this issue and ensure that all staff members uphold professionalism and treat customers with respect. While I hope this was an isolated incident, it has significantly impacted my overall perception of the school. Not recomended
