Negative experience: الاجراءات جدا بطيئة يعني ممكن تستنا ساعه ونص ليجي دورك وما في غير موظفين

Positive experience: This is the place where you have to come after opening a file for driving license. I reached here at 10:35 on friday, due to too much rush, the counter machine was closed
