Negative experience: Scam If you want to be robbed off your money go with Belhasa it happened to me twice First time when they extended my classes without my approval and now forcing me to pay 420 AED for that beside the unprofessional call center leaders who advised more than once they will get back to me but never did Second time I paid on the quick payment link 210AED and charges are posted on my credit card however they are saying the payment is not reflecting on their system. Very poor unprofessional scam service

Negative experience: Do not trust on what Bernard tells you. Always double check with the main office. Don’t agree to take lessons with Muhammad Abid Khan. He will make the situation where you should pay extra 250 AED.

Negative experience: I would have given them less than ZERO star if i could. Pathetic service by Souq Extra Kiosk guy. They don't care about customer's time. Had to call them more than 50 times but they never answer the call after 7:00 pm while their timing is till 10:00 pm. I went through online payment to renew my permit and the amount got deducted from my account and got official email from BDC i followed up more than 3 times in different hours but the guy on the counter repeated same answer that he can't see any payment in system. He asked me to keep on following up each after 15 minutes but after 7:00 pm he didn't bother to to answer. I won't recommend anyone to call him in between 7 to 10 pm and waste their time for no reason. I'll also think about to change the institute.

Negative experience: Once they sell you the course, they don't care about you. The customer service is pathetic and have no manners to speak specially lade named "Saeeda Amtul Bakhi". I won't recommend any person to go for this institute.
