Emirates Driving Institute is the largest and the most successful driving institute in Dubai and the Middle East. EDI provides UAE driver license training courses using a fleet of over 500 vehicles such as cars, motorcycles, trucks, buses, forklifts, and shovels. Over half a million students have acquired their UAE driving licenses from EDI since 1991.

Negative experience: Im dropping the idea of enrolling due to bad reviews across all their branches. They have the best price for unlimited package but it seems like they are only raking money out of it, not putting an effort to make their customers happy with their service. I almost enrolled in this branch, good thing that people can now put reviews!

Negative experience: Avoid Emirates Driving Institute! After waiting 15 days, I still haven't been assigned a test date, revealing their exploitative practices. Their deliberate delays force customers to pay fines to keep files open. Save yourself the hassle and choose a company with better service.

Negative experience: Booking of schedule takes too much time. It will take you more than half a year before you get your license especially for the beginners. I don't recomment enrolling here.

Negative experience: Wrist driving school I recommend not to join high waiting period each step and it says as regular but it is irregularities Instructors are 2much rood in telling and following ethics Front and staff or front desk receptionist there don’t how to treat customer also

Negative experience: Just a waste of money (and a lot of money). Not professional not supportive and it is impossible to schedule a class although you pay the premium package! Zero star

Negative experience: The guy who's sitting in ghurair mall has so much attitude. It felt like he's least interested to respond when someone comes up with a query. Just because of this guy and the kind of attitude he showed to me I didn't feel like joining EDI. There are other driving institutes as well,and they responded well. You lost a customer because of that guy.

Hello! The training will be held at our training center in Al Qusais.
Negative experience: Worst institute ever!!!!! Passed all internal parking tests in Dec and got my RTA parking test date for next week. They keep telling me slots are unavailable whereas my husband who did his licensing from Belhasa never faced such issues. Also call center which you have to call for every test booking takes ages to answer and at times you just give up.
