Negative experience: Worst driving school

Negative experience: Very poor service , they took 1 month to give me a class booking. Students in this institute are taking 6 months minimum to get license.Half time of which is waiting for them to arrange instructor. Finally I closed my file and went to another institute. Recommend to not register with them , if you want license faster.

Negative experience: I recently completed Knowledge Test but failed on first Road Test. Same day I went to EDI and paid for required 4 classes (2 days) of practice and for RTA test. It's been now almost 3 weeks since that and there is no call. When I went to Dubai Mall branch they told me that I can book those classes online, but that didn't work. So I went back again and they recorded me in system and told 'someone will call you to arrange classes'. Now after almost 3 weeks this makes really no sense. If I would need to do full training, it would be okay but just for 4 classes (3 hours), I need to wait ridiculously long. On the reviews I see others had similar problems and waiting for weeks, but unfortunately I wasn't checking reviews before - if I did I would DEFINITELY LOOK FOR ANOTHER SCHOOL.

Negative experience: I recently completed my practical driving class and I experienced a 24 day delay to schedule the classes. I went to the institute to book the next step of classes, which is a one hour night class. I was informed that I need to wait for 10 more days to get the class scheduled. This unwarranted delay has left me extremely unsatisfied.

Negative experience: Not recommended at all. Been waiting for 3weeks to get 1h of highway practice!! Following up with them on call on a daily basis and it’s just getting frustrating. If you can’t accommodate this amount of students just stop accepting candidates. Horrible process, extremely long waiting time, i have already rescheduled my test 3 times because of their delays. Would never recommend anyone to apply for this school.

Negative experience: It’s very bad service trying to call 042631100 since 4 days always line is busy, I open reuquest more than month to give me call to start my class 1 hr but no one call back

Negative experience: Do not listen to the guy at the booth he is basically trying to fill a quota for sales commission. It will be 3 months before they even put you in a car

Negative experience: Rude customer service. Had attitude from the beginning and told me to relax cause I was double checking on how the renewal works.

Negative experience: Its been almost 4 weeks since my simulator test, and I am yet to start my practical driving, as per the last update from the customer service agent I have to wait 7 weeks to get the practical training. at the time I was applying, I was told that within 2 weeks I could start my practical driving, and matter of fact that is exactly what the customer service agents are saying when you call the hotline but that is not the reality, it is unethical to lie to your customers this way, worst customer service ever and by the way I am still waiting for a call from a "supervisor" regarding this complain I made, according to them it should be done within 24H - 48H and trust me, it has been way longer than that. extremely disappointed
