Negative experience: Very bad costmer service i go for paying my amount he is talking with he is friend i called them. He is telling wait i told them your in duty pleas accept i need your help he coming angry with me i yold them i go your head office i complaint you then he is cool he telling me another reason that't not my friend sytem wrong that ia calling my friend in phone like that

Negative experience: I was about to join this Institution for Driving License but after reading review I dropped my idea..

Negative experience: I will be not recommending EDI to any one any more do not register from reef mall they never answered the phone for your inquires.. not giving proper help for students to complete the test soon as possible

Negative experience: Reef Mall EDI branch is the worst for any candidate trying to secure a driving license. They are horrible in customer service. Unfortunately, im enrolled in EDI through Reef mall branch and it has been a frustrating journey of 10 months and counting. Even during the office hours, they do not pick the calls of the students. It seems like they do it on purpose. I tried to get my classes booked by calling them but no one picked up the call (3 times in a row) whereas my friend calls for a general inquiry and his call is answered. How convenient is that to ignore one of your candidates! They are the worst in providing services… and i can go on and on.. but i will drop it now! If at all anyone reading from EDI management, you need to do something about it. Your reputation is at stake! And its not me alone, alot of people are complaining.. kindly do the needful.

Negative experience: This is my 4th time contacting the Emirates driving institute transferring me to the happiness representative and saying someone will call me back but until now no one is calling me, this is my 4th month since they didn't call me for almost 2 months before I already change my course from shift and paid more but the services is still not improving and always not prioritizing what was I have been promise before , if I would have known I would not change it into shift course and just refunded my money back. I have many tickets that was been put as notified only I have been calling many time for my schedule still no one gave me a definite answer and no one called to set my schedule for training I am coming there back and forth just to get it but everyone is just asking me to wait for the call , I am hoping that they will improved how they treat people equally and would not be wasting the time and money that was paid to them.

Negative experience: There have to much people he take only admission my 4monts finished but i don't found laisens he say only i call you sir 21 day after any Proses 21day after what is this??? To much west my time

Negative experience: The worst institute ever. They didn't call me even after my waiting period ended. Waste of money. Plus the staff argues & does fake promises of receiving a call but no update. Please don't waste your money & time here

Negative experience: Just to Renew Learning permit, Center in charge do not have time. I have to go next day. Need to walk 6 km up and down. Very bad.

Fantastic experience: Office is located on Ground floor of Reef Mall.

Fantastic experience: One of the Top and best driving institutions in UAE with excellent service. Comparatively fees are high but well served.
