Dubai Driving Center near Dubai Investment Park-Dubai(Registration Counter)

Negative experience: I had the worst experience in this driving school. Although I eventually received my license, the input from the school was disastrous. If you don't have a recommendation or any influence there, you will be treated poorly. DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL. Mohammed Hamdy is the worst teacher anyone could have. I wonder why the management hasn't fired him yet. He abused me and made me cry, and I've seen many other women subjected to his aggressive behavior. When I complained, the management said it's just his character, which is unbelievable. The reception is another disaster; it seems there is no one monitoring their standards. I would like to thank the few who cared to help me and did their jobs properly, but the rest were disasters! ZERO RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Very poor customer service experience. They dont have time slots for classes. Weird policies of Parking test which is against the RTA rules. If you lot of time and money to give away than only enroll

My trainer Mr. Thamim Ansari was extremely efficient in the way he trained me and guided me to clear my assessments and tests. It was a correct decision to join Drive Dubai & would recommend others to join them too who are looking to get a Driving License. Thank You.

Negative experience: Yesterday our 3 employees went to your driving center in DIP at 3:10 and the Security told them to wait in the lobby and they been waiting for more than 20 minutes and after they inform that they all are buzzy with some Birthday Celebrations this is how you treat the people?

Fantastic experience: I would like to thanks ms. Joen from reception that always answers and assisting me whenever I call or come to the center she is helpful and noticeable our requests, Dubai driving center is lucky that to have a good receptionist like her, thank you and my kind regards to you.

Negative experience: I opened my file for driving license(automatic light)and here are some of the things that I disliked 1.The guy (Mohammed sameer)sitting in the office is very rude,as if he was doing some favour to me, 2.I was having 3 classes of 1 hour each in a week but it was always 40 min,my timing was 4:30-5:30 but it started at 4:40 and ended and 5:20(that was my experience with my instructor,but maybe the others are good,I don't know 3.They don't have a training place(yard)for parking near their office that's why they will take you to their jebel Ali office which will cost you around 25-30mins,it's ok but the hardest part is that it is included in your class time,so if you have 60 mins of ur class then you will jus get 25-30 mins of hands on practice,I complained this to their head office but they said this is how it goes 4.If have booked your classes here be ready to drive in a new place and new road during your final test,they don't take final test here *If you have already opened your file here I would suggest book your classes in a branch where they take the final tests so you know the road well and make lesser mistakes
