Fantastic experience: It was a very pleasant experience. I passed my theory test and Sijin Muhammed at MOE branch helped schedule my practical classes at the earliest date possible (3 days after the theory test). The overall experience with EDI is great so far. I recommend every beginner driver to just go for their fixed package with unlimited tries to save time and headache.

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend you to apply there. I passed my theory test on 24 of April and still can’t attend for practice(after one month). They come up with different excuses every time.

Negative experience: Customer service in the Mall of Emirates branch is terrible. Dealt with a Khosru guy who will reject or ignore your calls once youre done paying. Avoid this branch if you want better assistance after payment.

Fantastic experience: I'm happy to visit EDI Emirates mall and I am giving 5 Stars due to my Driving licence file opening smoothly. After one time visit customer care officer Mr. Fawad his guidance for theory test, driving class and RTA test booking and knowledge share by email and response is appreciating. ALHAMDULILLAH today I got driving licence thats why I am happy to share my experience.

Negative experience: First - EDI is the worst place you could go. You'll have to wait a lot for practical classes to be taken away, and so on at every stage. Second - if you decide to go to EDI, then this is the worst place where you could get registered. Here they could not open RTA File, they made a mistake in my data during registration, they also did not ask about my driver's license in my home country

Negative experience: Absolutely unbelievable. I was ready to pay for the unlimited classes when the EDI Consultant in MOE told me two things which made me change my mind completely. 1). After passing the theory test I would need to wait for minimum 4 weeks as the queue is very long, so no one knows how long it might take; 2). If I wouldn't complete the classes and get the license in three month from the application date I would have to pay extra 1k++ even if the delay happened because of the EDI itself. I'm happy that this gentleman gave me this information, thank you. Unfortunately I'll have to look for the different driving school.

Negative experience: Please do not apply here and waste time. Learning permits just expire waiting for classes. They promise short waiting times while registration process but then things go way below the hill from there.

Negative experience: They have incredibly long waiting lines for retaking tests. Every time you fail a test the average waiting time is minimum of 1 month. This has happened with me (i did edi course 1 year back) and the same waiting times were faced by my sister who is currently doing it. I have similarly heard similar stories from friends and acquaintances thag waiting time for re-taking tests is at least 1 month.

Negative experience: This is a scam. Do not register here. Despite you pay the maximum package you do not have lessons booked. Stay away!

Negative experience: Very poor service. In fact, useless kiosks they have in all malls. They will just take the payment and then tell you sorry, for your application to be accepted you have to visit the main branch.

Fantastic experience: Thanks EDI for helping me out getting my driving licence. It was long but knowing that I am trained by the best in the industry, that's ok with me. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Very bad service, first they tell you that it will cost 4000 , then you end up paying more than 10000, the reason is they keep you failing even if you are a good driver so they can keep making more money by adding more lessons. Also the location of the school is bad , it’s located in industrial area and the place is just full of trucks

Negative experience: I will rate specifically the LULU Al Barsha Branch, This guy really needs replacement or enough training regarding all the details or inquiries that should be rendered to customers and clients. I really don't want to rant but I can't help as the information that was shared to us are all wrong! now my brother is stuck with the mistake of this indian guy who took the full payment and all the requirements asked and enrolled my brother but when he went to EDI Al Quoz to do his driving, they told him to pay again and go back to zero!! why this guy have to deceive us? he shouldn't enroll my brother anyway if he is not illegible in that said course? I should have believed of some google reviews here before going to that branch.!WORST SERVICE

Positive experience: One of the best selection for driving institute in Dubai. Prices are high but the service is better too.
