Before registration I spoke to Mr Rehman few times and then met him at the branch office for registration, he guided me very nicely about the process, and helped with every query. Very supportive person, thanks Mr Rehman for giving me confidence and helping me.

Negative experience: About 2-3yrs ago, you were the best. But now you are the WORST INSTITUTE EVER. We are still waiting for the cancellation though it’s been a week that the NOC and refund was requested. Dear people, never go with this institute as they are best source of wasting your valuable time.

Negative experience: Very poor service.

Negative experience: Terrible experience, all they want is to drain your money. They want a full upfront payment and once they get it, you're all on your own. I had 16 hours of driving and 12 of those were in the exact same street going right and left. You get ONE parking lesson in unrealistic spots and the test is in a different place. They tell you the instructor can pick you up and drop you off but they don't. And every step you have to take, they tell you "your request has been sent and it will take up to 15 days". When you fail the parking test, all they do is make you pay to try again like that's supposed to change anything. I have spent almost 2000 just on the tests.

Negative experience: Since 1 and half months been waiting for night class lesson and never got any call from their side. Called and requested 10 times min atleast and no luck! Always delays. More then 6 months not able to complete driving classes because of errors and delays from their side. And on top of that no one answers calls and no respond to emails. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing. Will raise huge complaint to their main office

Fantastic experience: I have been lucky to have the same lady on the phone from customer services. Dhwani is so professional and very nice that you don't feel too bad for failing the tests.. I didn't expect a customer service to to be this kind and helps lift your spirit up. Maybe because of her calming voice and the clarity when she explains what needs to be done and the steps. you do feel that she is there to support you. I am still in my RTA tests phase and it has been going smoothly. I have never driven a car before and it has been very impressive to see my personal progress after the training from the instructors. guess I have been very lucky to have good instructors too but I strongly believe that EDI is a professional place with good instructors. I had Mr Rafi as my first instructor and when I had to do 4 extra hours I had Mr. Abdul. I have learned a lot from them both. I appreciate them both. Happy I chose EDI in the end after many recommendations

Fantastic experience: My wife was SUPER happy with EDI. She passed everything and learned a lot. The agent in Knowledge village (sorry forgot his name :( ) was extremely kind and patient, and always available to help !! Her teacher was the best she could ever hope for, Mr Banaras. Extremely patient, kind, knowledgable and encouraging her at every point of the process. I'm very grateful to him as he gave her courage ! I would definitely recommend to register here. It's a bit more expensive than other, but honestly, it's 100% worth it.

Negative experience: The Institute is highly unresponsive. Most of the time phone goes unanswered. I have been trying to close my file since 5 days now with no status update.
