Negative experience: Bad experience because today I went to renew my driving license and Sirajudin he took extra 40 aed without my consent. The actual charge was 300 plus 20 for knowledge fee and my 6 months late fee which was 60 total 380 but he asked me to pay 420 aed. When I received payment receipt in my mail it was 380 aed and I asked him why you over charged me, then he said this is my service charge.Seriously!!! Even he told me every month late fee is 15 aed but I said him it's 10 aed then he said ok 10.Seriously taking extra without customer consent is a crime.If I am happy with your service I will leave the gratuity but you cannot take whatever amount you want without their permission.

Positive experience: Dubai driving center is a good school, the best trainer is Amina and the best examiner is Razia, Also Hart is a very experienced trainer mash Allah, wishing you all the best.

Negative experience: Applied for NOC on 1st July 2023, i was told that after 3-4 days i will get message to collect NOC, but did not receive any message, on 7th I called DDC customer care to know the status, nothing happened, On 8th approached Alqusais branch and then got to know that still not approved from Head Office. I had very bad experience during my training at DDC, now I have requested for NOC to transfer my RTA, they are delaying it without any reason. I would never recommend DDC for getting Driving training.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrific experience… got my file closed from here… beaware of the assessment taker, RAZIA.. she first checks which branch you’ve come from and who your instructor was and then behaves accordingly… also, stay AWAY from CHANDIRUTHIL … worst teacher ever who has a grudge against other instructors and does nothing but demoralize students… I will be leaving an official complaint to RTA about them as well…

Fantastic experience: DDC is best school in UAE. Their staff is very cooperative and professional, especially Mr. Sirajudeen who helped me since file opening to until getting license. Also, I have to thankful to my experienced instructor Mr. Arif who had given me best training in this institution.so that I Passed my Final Road Test today (02-Oct-2022) . Thanks Mr. Arif and Siraj, it’s possible because of you. I would recommend all of you to get your license from Dubai Driving License. Thanks, All DDC Team.

Negative experience: Asian roads are different from uae roads. Many officials sitting in uae driving schools are asians. They have limitations of giving training after they learned themselves. Because of this problems the uae driving license test is about hearing a traditional word of very difficult to pass.

Negative experience: This guy is completely waist, not providing proper information, why ddc keeping like these staff.. he don’t have CustomerCare manners

Positive experience: Good driving school...they have flexible hours...Good and experienced trainers...I got my license from second time here...I recommend if you live close by the area. They are open on Fridays too..Good luck

Negative experience: Even if somebody gives you 1000 million USD, I request request request request request request request request request you for not to take admission in to this school, or not even drink a free cup of water from this school or not even pass by near to this school ... or not even breath the air near to this school … pathetic ….. Negative experience: I call almost 6 to 7 time and very non profesional staff just picked up and drop the line head office number, alqusais and nahda all they're getting paid to sit only poor services
