Especially thanks to my Instructor Mr. Sajeer, he was friendly and clear in giving driving instruction and tips for me to understand, and patiently guiding and addressing about my driving mistakes so I could correct the issue and that makes my driving improves so much. Negative experience: I was initially happy with the services until I had a night driving session with Mr. Jahanzeb Mughal. My first 5 hours with Mr. Sajeer were excellent—he was calm, patient, and professional, making learning enjoyable and stress-free. Unfortunately, Mr. Mughal’s behavior was unacceptable. He shouted at me for minor mistakes, spoke rudely, and even took personal phone calls using abusive language. Despite asking him to be polite and guide me, his tone remained arrogant and unprofessional, making the session highly uncomfortable. I urge the management to address this issue, as such behavior is unacceptable from an instructor. I strongly recommend Mr. Sajeer for future classes, as his professionalism is exemplary.

Fantastic experience: Had great experience in all phàses of the driving course.Especially, no words to express the excellent skills my instructor Mr Sajeer applied throughout the training to make me well conversant with the driving fully abiding the traffic rules & confident enough to face & clear the driving tests with minimum no of attempts.He has been so co-operative throughout the training & was very keen to clear my doubts without any signs of hesitation. Negative experience: SATWA BRANCH is the worst service I have ever experienced. the staff at the front is very rude. I asked for details about the license but he ignored me, instead he just handed me the papers and told me to read them and he didn't want to explain the information. I also asked about the voucher I bought for 110aed but they said it was not active and they did not accept it. I will never return to this Office and I will avoid everyone I know from inquiring here. Satwa branch is the worst.

Fantastic experience: My Experience with Satwa Branch extremely Good, espacially staff there was very cooperative and he guide me very properly & accurately and book my classes timely and all process gone smoothly. Strong recommendation from my side for Satwa Branch.

Negative experience: I recently visited the Excellence Driving School Branch Al Satwa and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. The customer service was subpar, with rude behavior from the staff. They also did not provide basic information that should have been given to me as a customer. The lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff left a bad taste in my mouth. I believe a Excellence driving school branch Satwa should prioritize customer satisfaction and safety, but my experience at this branch did not reflect those values. I hope that the management takes note of these issues and makes improvements for future customers. As of now, I would not recommend this branch to anyone looking for a driving school.

Negative experience: Very poor service from satwa branch. The guy over here kept waited almost 4 customers and went out for break saying he will return back in 15 mins and came back after 35 mins.

Fantastic experience: I passed my RTA Road Test on the second attempt and though it was not easy, I am writing this review simply out of appreciation for my instructor Mr Khubaib Aslam who really gave me valuable insights and tips to crack the test. He really is one of the best instructors of any driving school in Dubai!

Negative experience: Don't choose excellence. Their trainers Will not five good training. They just tap our Emirates ID then get out of the car and spending time with other trainers , they will start after 20-25 minutes of tapping Emirates id. Secondly their examiners simply shout and make panic the student while driving. This is a worst experience I had in satwa and Jumeirah. Better look for other driving school.

Negative experience: What is really the closing time in your office in satwa because when I check online your time is until 10pm but when we are there at 9.20pm your office is close then if we want to call In your hotline its not working from 7pm i started to call in your hotline it is karaban..try to fixed your time people expect that your closing time is 10 when we come in satwa the office is close before the time Very dissapointed I came from far then I dont see anybody their.
