Negative experience: They took the money and don’t answer calls anymore. Trust the reviews you read and reconsider your choice. First, their registration team has no idea what they are doing. They gave me 3 different quotes. Then they sent me the wrong payment links, one of which i paid but the payment is not considered. After i paid i stopped receiving responses from the registration poc, and called their main line and asked for a callback twice and its been 3 days and no one has contacted me. Please read the google reviews and app reviews before deciding on going with these guys, it is hell to deal with

Positive experience: The instructors are very good and explain everything very well, but I didn't like the booking system, I waited for a few days for a call from the booking department, as I couldn't go to the office every time and had to sign up for dates much later and wait for weeks to roll out the classes or take the exam. But thank you very much to the operator Mizvar who helped me to solve the booking issue and helped me up to the point of getting my license! I highly recommend him

Negative experience: Худший филиал из возможных. Не компетентный персонал. При бронировании уроков или экзаменов утверждают, что ближайшая дата доступна через 10-14-17 дней. Создается впечатление, что специально «тянут время» чтобы ты не успел все сдать вовремя и заплатил больше. К примеру: следующий урок мне мне предлагали поставить через 18!!!! Дней от даты бронирования, но я пошел в филиал в Al Qouz, где менеджер забронировал тоже самое занятие для меня через 1 день.

Negative experience: The online lectures are an absolute joke. bad grammar, they give you quizzes for things from the next chapter, the app crashes, its a nightmare. for this reason alone i wouldnt use galadari, because many crucial things they are supposed to be teaching you will have to learn on your own time (in addition to being forced to watch 8 hours of an indian robot with bad grammar ask you questions you dont have the answer to(and they dont tell you if you got the answers right or wrong))

Negative experience: Save your nerves and money ,don’t waste your time in galadari school . 100% agree with all comments bellow. Poor service ,management processes are not organised . And at the end we ,students,are suffering because of it .

Negative experience: This school is a mess. They have severe administrative problems. Their instructors are excellent but coordination among the management, Administration and RTA is missing. Look at the scenario below: 1- One of the marketing team approached me. sold the voucher for 109 Dhs. with claim that because of this voucher I will get discount and the lumsum cost will apply. 2- Went to the school. did not get a discount for single DHS and wasted 109 Dhs. Voucher. 3- I had a home country valid license but still I got the 40 classes because of lack of coordination between their administrative staff. 4- Pass the RTA Signal & theory test and went for class booking. Surprised that I have to take 40 classes. Staff at class booking wanted me to talk to registration and staff at registration want me to talk to scheduling department. 5- Finally approached the management and registration team corrected the system. 6- Paid for initial assessment and was directed to yard for test. Carried out the test. passed but the IT system have the problem and they were unable to upload the test results. 7- waited 4 hours at room 9 and finally approached management for the issue. missed Friday prayer. 8- Management resolved the issue. 9- Took the classes and booked the RTA yard test on 26 August. Went on 26 Aug for test. Postponed ! ?. 10- Test automatically rescheduled to 6 sept with out any prior confirmation. On approach, I was told that no test will be conducted by RTA as no examiner is available in August. 11- Checked online on RTA, Slots are available on 29 Aug. Requested to Prepone the test as slots are available. 12- Answer! Pay 320 if you want early. 13- The story continuous...…..approached management again. Now waiting........ 14- Will update the further story as it develops.

Negative experience: If it's possible u don't deserve a single star, Honestly speaking, cause u don't care about your customers,you only care about money, and the workers are so wicked, customer service is 0% very rude and aggressive people, u have failed me assessment 3 good times and and I keep paying money to learn more, main while u know how difficult it is to make money in Dubai, them the little savings I have u people collected it too God will judge you galadari, honestly I am hurt because I am wasting the little money I save just to learn and u people keep failing me, that guy that stays in office 7 at galadari in Al quoz is better the sake him, cause he is doing nothing there just wasting people time, anyone reading this should never register with galadari, cause the will end up crying like me

Negative experience: Never pick up their phone. Receptionist goes on break, posts 5 pm and then doesn’t come back on time.

Negative experience: They don't even deserve at least one star, Not responsive, no customer care, only collect money on time. Kind request - Please Don't with them and don't be one among us - kind request to everyone !!
