Fantastic experience: I got license from eco driving institute. Early than i think. My instructor was so good and cool mind his name is Mr. Muneeb khaleed i prefer him for other customers joining in ecodrive. Best service from branch DIP1 customer service Mr. Abdul his dealing with students are also pretty good. Thank you ecodrive for the best classes and great timing schedule for classes and tests.

Positive experience: Honestly I was very happy with the school at first, the guy that helped me book all my classes was very helpful and happy to assist me, the instructor that I had Mr Ishtiaq one of the best driving instructors in eco drive, was always very patient with me and taught me a lot, I would also like to mention another one of the instructors that I loved Mr Mohammed Arab everytime I had class with him I felt like I was in a good hands and he would be very patient with teaching me, although the instructors were very nice and the assistance was also very nice, I would like to clarify why I’m not very satisfied with it! I have paid for lumpsum package and I have been facing very big issue with booking with my Rta exams which will lead to me paying for my file renewal simply due to not being able to get any slot, if you don’t have enough cars why take the money? And they keep telling me to check site often how is it convenient that I check the site every second so I can book an exam ? The school overall is good and professional but this issue that I’m facing right now is truly something they should take into account because it’s draining having to worry about slots everytime

Fantastic experience: Thank you Eco Drive for the support and training! This branch and its support executives(Abdul Bhai, Sheraz) are the main pillar of patience and support.

Positive experience: The instructors in the school are really helpful and amazing, and they will assist you in passing the tests. I had a problem with the customer service employees, but for the past 2 months, employees have been changed, and it is really becoming better, moreover the management contacts you to take your feedback and fix all the problems in order to improve the school. I would suggest that if you face any problem with the school, just contact the management or complain and they will assist you to fix the problem. The building is nice and big, plus the school will arrange your pickup and drop off to the school during specific times.

Negative experience: Worst branch of eco. No proper response. Not at all helping. At the admission time they will do brainwash. After that we have to run a lot behind this people for our needs. Very bad response ever.

Fantastic experience: Excellent institute

Negative experience: I opened file with Eco-Drive in June 2023 at DIC Institute. After 5 months, I finally reached the independent training class. Unfortunately, it took me 5 months to reach this stage, and I had to wait for a month to attend just one class. Even when I requested an earlier date, they informed me that all the slots were already filled. Personally, I am very disappointed with their management of customer appointments, and I cannot recommend this driving school to anyone

Negative experience: A very bad experience with the customer service department and the sessions aren’t managed properly even after complaining no one resolved the problem, they booked me a session in the mall of the Emirates then changed the session to the head quarter without telling me.

Fantastic experience: I just got the license today. And alhamdullah everyone was amazing. And helpful. I went for the VIP package and I got the license in almost a month and half. Negative experience: Worst school ever. I have referred my friend to support ecodrive startup, but i am getting bad feedback daily as they dont have any schedule. Why ecodrive is taking the registrations when they dont have enough car or instructors and it may be brought to legal notice due to peoples suffering after the registration and their payment, time and dream is stuck in ecodrive.

Negative experience: Good institute with great goals, not so great service in reality. when registration they told all great things, after that its hard to book classes and schedules are not managed well. call center takes call but never complete your requests. online website blocks schedules and no one to help. HQ reception the service persons listen to your issues but never solve them. This is my experience only.

Fantastic experience: Thank you ECO Drive for my learning Practical training. Specially to my instructor "Mohamed Mohamed Mohamed Elmansi" who is very helpful and I Learned a lot during my class. He is making sure that I learned on every session class we are in. Aug 12, 2023 Thank you ECO DRIVE,. I have learnt so many things about driving standard maneuvers. Most of the Staffs are so kind and very helpful and kind. I have met many of instructors and are really helping me to be a better driver in future. My instructor Alice is one of the best instructor I recommend. Fayaz is one of my personal assessor who helped me to be better. I am recommending both of them to you if you will be one of the applicant of ecodrive. Both of them deserved my respect as they are both best instructors

Negative experience: Worst Worst Worst Driving school in dubai. They are giving classes after 45 days or sometimes the waiting period is 2 months and after completing your classes again you have to wait for 15-20 days for the RTA test. I'm totally sick of this school.

Negative experience: Day by day rush is increasing in this institute taking a lot of time to book classes..and RTA tests will take at least 20 days waiting period... Now i think the average time to get a license is at least 4 months(first try)

Negative experience: Totally disaster. I have purchased VIP package. They couldn’t arrange Theory test with translator. I do not recommend to anybody. The person who is saying himself as theory test department manager (Ahmad) do not knows what he is doing. They are charging for VIP but not able to give any service. Totally disappointed.
