Negative experience: The instructors are very irresponsible, they don't come on time, they don't answer your calls, they don't even answer your letters, they leave the class as long as they want without any warning, they say only they are sick.

Fantastic experience: Overall, I am satisfied with the school. They offer competitive prices, and most importantly, I obtained my license quickly. I passed the final exam on the first try. Negative experience: Understaffed Always full , i need to wait for weeks to book for a class or test This is not acceptable, i wasted my time and money , following unclear procedures that doesn’t make any sense And most of the time they don’t answer of needed (of course neither the main office) It is really poorly managed and organized And i need to understand one thing , if I can’t book for assessment because (RTA) on holiday, how come the available spots are now not available, how some people can book and others no !

Negative experience: Branch opening timings are 10Am and still this is not opened yet. Only one guy is responsible here and he is also very unprofessional. I have gone through with many bad reviews for this Galadari office at Etihad Mall branch, But the management is not taking this serious. Negative experience: Answer the phone. I mean, it’s your job!!! Very poor customer service!!!
Negative experience: There is an employee there called omar he is from sudan , he dont have manners , he never respond to phones . I live very far from galadari etihad mall so any time i need something from him i need to come to him . He never respond to the office phone and before maybe 5 days i went to galadari office etihad mall and i didnt enter i justed made a call , the phone was ringing beside him and he was playing with his phone . He was ignoring the call. 0 service + 0 manners .

Positive experience: Had an overall opinion that GMDC is not good enough. But in my experience was good. Competitive with their Fees compared to all other Driving Schools at UAE. Some Instructors were arrogant. Passed all RTA Tests in the first attempt itself. GMDC has a very good network with much branches around Dubai.

Negative experience: They fail everyone just to get more money. They dont answer calls and they have the worst customer service ever. No respect very disrespectful
Positive experience: Overall nice school. Instructors are fine. They shall be trained themselves first.
Positive experience: Bring a professional never got a chance to drive before due to buzy schedule.So i decided to learn driving and opened my file in GMDC.Luckily with the help of my dedicated teacher M Zubair Ghulam mustafa who taught me basics A to Z I am able to drive confidently now and just passed my exam in 2nd attempt. Never loose hope and try your best.
