Negative experience: It is my terrible experience! On my first assessment test the school car just stalled, on the second test the assessor asked me to be speedy and unexpectedly asked to make a sharp turn to the right! I was so stressed! Also assessors are not friendship and can be rude if you make any mistakes! I can’t recommend this school for beginners

Negative experience: Had to wait 2 months after my theory exam to start driving, I paid for the unlimited package that includes pick up and drop off, however I wasn't informed that they refuse to pick me up before 10.30 am, I had 2 classes booked for a certain date with a certain instructor, without any notification the timing and the instructor got changed, then I was only informed when a representative called me from the transportation department to tell me I'd have to get a taxi for that class by myself as they won't provide me the service I've paid for.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with getting my licenses as a beginner, especially instructor Boushra she’s very sweet, helpful and patient. Totally recommend!!

Negative experience: Onboarding is a very smooth process. To schedule every class you need to go to the institute physically and schedule your class which is a big pain point for me.

Negative experience: كثير إستغلال والله بيخسروك وقت كثير و يطلبو منك تدفع فلوس انا شهرين لهلا مستني موعد مع RTA و نسيت كل شي والله حرام عليكم لا و لا ولا ولا ولا و 10000 لا انصح احد يتعامل معهم

Negative experience: Its been a very disappointing week with Bin Yaber After several calls, just now someone on the phone is telling me that it will take 20 days to start the practical classes. No one since the beginning till now have never told me that i will have to waste almost the whole month to wait for the practical classes to happen There was no logic behind as to what he was saying. And now I have paid 50%+ to these people and now got stuck with them till I get my license. Very slow Not responsive Not having a working IVR and customer service ZERO Customer service All I am asking is go provide me the service I have paid for, and the reason to get the Flexi plan was to get things done asap at least that was exactly what was told to me but here I am actually going to waste a whole month in just waiting for them to schedule. Upon asking for a single logic over the phone, their Rep got very rude to me and said if the sales person didn’t tell you this then you may go for a dispute because its normal and there is no logical reason for it in particular. Its funny that a reputable company like BYDI is also involves in such corporate scams where I was thinking that I am going with a well known reputable institution where Ill be assisted in the best way possible

Negative experience: The worst service I ever encountered in stay in UAE. After a month of applying and paying 50% of the value still my file isn’t activated, and the representative stopped responding and whenever I reach to the customer service they always state that they will check with the branch and get back to me which never happened.

Negative experience: What’s up Service is too late to get a response from them even Call Center from morning till evening. I couldn’t reach them. No one is answering my call. Also for booking test it will take you more than 15 days to book a test. Have a very heavy schedule.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever, when I consulted their agent at Battuta before I deceided and I was told that there is almost no waiting time for classes, I have been called to school and there I was told sorry we don’t have a trainer, called the school at Jable Ali to book which is an enourmous effort. When ever I am trying to book classes I am told that the trainer is busy which should be the concern of the school to schedule in such a way that the student has not to suffer for their short comings. First I had 4 different trainers/instructors and needed to explain that different instructors are confusing for a student as everyone has his own style to teach, now this. Regret!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Bin Yaber driving institute is highly recommended, especially the Al Barsha sale office, near Mall of the Emirates. Mr. Farhan, the sale officer, is a great guide to explain every steps of the training process. I had three instructors, Mr. Mahmoud, Mr.Nomin And MR.Rejoy, they are all professional and their ways of training were an absolute teaching method to be able to pass the road test at the first attempt. Fantastic experience: I highly recommended this institute its a good one I have been in another school before and it was a nightmare I passed the two of the RTA test from the first time and for that thanks to Mr IHAB SOLAIMAN the superman who was my patient instructor And to the reservation department much appreciation for getting everything done in a flash… thanks Ms Mariam and Mr Ramadan

Negative experience: Run as far as you can. Don’t fall for Ponzy schemes of discounted packages because then you will surely end up paying double the amount of the actual undiscounted package. Institute is full of bullies, they will force you to pay even when you mention that you have paid for the classes booked and that is with out checking with accounts, there’s no link between accounts and booking team so everything is manual, which is okay but why accuse a student of lying without taking an initiative to check first, if you have concerns and you will surely do and when you ask for manager no one will assist you, you won’t even get the name of the manager, when you ask for NOC to transfer they will ask you to pay and make you wait for days and finally when you call RTA and inform them about the bullies they will be ready to help you.. transportation is home pick and drop until you make payment and then once the file opens it changes to point to point pick and drop and no drop offs if you take 1 hour class, no one will mention this when you enroll but they will be happy to book 1 hour class.

Positive experience: Thank you Bin Yaber for the amazing experience. I would like to thank my Instructors and especially Ms. Mariam Basham Suleman, she was very friendly, supportive for my classe booking and test schedule.. I highly recommend this driving school to everyone who is willing to obtain their license. Thank you to all the Bin Yaber team.

Fantastic experience: Very polite staff. I took some time searching for the right school as in Dubai things can be a little unreliable and they were really professional. I got Shibin as my instructor and he was excellent teacher. Farhan helped with the process and it was so quickly and smooth. Amazing experience with them!

Fantastic experience: I did it guys, today I passed RTA road test with first attempt. All thanks to Mr. Samir Sadek. He is extremely experienced instructor, kind but strict, always positive and ready to help. So these 5 stars go only because of him. Now regarding the school itself. Overall Bin Yaber is ok. I chose VIP package, and tbh I expected a little bit more. Being a foreigner I was surprised that all the practical lessons are conducted in their main office, that is located quite far from where I live. So don't forget to add around 1-1.5 hour prior the scheduled lesson just to get there. I don't want to sound spoiled or anything but I thought that the cars that deliver you from home to the main office would be better. I must give credit though to the awesome drivers that were patient enough with me being late. Video lessons for theory test are the most boring videos I ever watched in my life. And the theory test itself is too easy, even 5 year old can pass it. I regret wasting too much time on this. I could easily check only the part with 300 questions and skip all those videos. To sum up I have no regrets for choosing Bin Yaber Driving Institute, I can be picky about some minor stuff, but they have brilliant instructors, and that is the most valuable asset.

Fantastic experience: Jhonatan was very helpful and explained everything about all the packages. As I wanted the most convenient package for me I went for the VIP package. Incl pick up from my work and drop off at home. I scheduled all my classes at the beginning and I got my driving license in less than 3 weeks!!! The school is amazing and once again thank you Jhonatan for all your help at the beginning and your advise and thank you Shafika for your support and thank you imran for teaching me driving!!!

Negative experience: I came here to make enquiry and the lady at the reception Laila that attended to me was so rude! She outrightly told me she cant give me the pricing information without explaining the reason. To cap it all she made a very bad racial comment! Very bad customer care skills!.
