Dubai Driving Center - Discovery Garden

Positive experience: Thank you miss Eva, and Mr. Allaa, for helping me get my license, after a long journey, miss Eva was with me step by step, answering my questions, guiding me, she was as happy as I was when I finally past, she was amazing, mr Alla the driving couch, he is so experienced, and patient. Negative experience: Do not recommend. Customer service is terrible. Not heloful with any queries - they actually make the whole process far more stressful than it needs to be.

Fantastic experience: I have a 5 star experience at ddc alhmdolillah. I had no experience of driving prior to applying for driving licence. I took package and alhmdolillah it was smooth. I gave no extra money than the package price and learninig licence renewal. All the staff from ddc discovery gardens, al khail branch were amazing. Thank you ddc

Negative experience: This center doesn’t have RTA final test. So there is no point of getting trained in this Discovery gardens locality. Very poor customer service experience. They don't have time slots for classes, Weird policies of learning driving which is against the RTA rules.

Negative experience: Seriously if you're female you should NOT take this centre. The Parking tests are kept in a place which is 90 mins away from this center by metro. By taxi its 70 AED for each way. Parking tests are only after 5.30 which gives you limited slots to select and you've got to wait for many days for the next try if you fail once. So you got to go here a minimum of 3 times.. for the classes and 2 tests. Thats about 3 days each 5 hours including travel time. If you fail, for each you have to do this 5 hours per failure. The center should provide transport from the DDC DG to Al Khail. If not please select another learning school in DG. Note: my parking instructor was Mr. Rashid. He teaches the parking techniques to the point, I recommend him

Fantastic experience: My journey with Dubai Driving has been excellent. My trainers Mr. Rashid & Ms Pathima are excellent in their work. Mr Azeez & Ms. Eva also helped me a lot and guided me throughout my licence journey. Thank you, Dubai Driving.

Negative experience: They don't teach what is needed to pass the test. Then they fail your test without reason to get money for extra classes. My test was failed because "shoulder check was not clear enough" however I did it EXACTLY how it was taught on classes and it was ok for the instructor. Avoid that branch and that school.

Fantastic experience: In the beginning my instructor was Ms. Pathma and later i changed to Mr. Joy Mr. Joy is the best instructor i had. He is very patient and understands the requirements of the student well and teaches many techniques. He also gives useful tips on passing the final road test. When i trained with Mr. Joy my confidence really improved. I would really recommend Mr. Joy to any student who wants to join discovery gardens branch. Mr. Aziz was also very helpful in arranging the classes.

Fantastic experience: These 5 stars are for Jamil sir. I passed in first attempt with the help of Jamil Rahman. He was very nice and perfect in his training. Very good, supportive and professional instructor. Highly recommended place to get training with Jamil sir and get your Dubai driving license.

Negative experience: One of the worst decision I've ever made by joining this worst schòol....first of all instructors are horrible they think themselves they are examiners and they never train you properly after passing all their exams paying all extra money come RTA which is inside school they call themselves final examiners who will plan you to fail before final exams!!! This is my honest and sincere review I made a mistake by joining this school where I spend my almost 1 year and 6k aed it was my hard earned money gone in this worst school I will be regarding my whole life why had join here it was and will be a scam!!!!

Fantastic experience: Nice place to train and get your Dubai license very quickly. I pass first attempt with the help of Mr. Jamil Rahman. He was very nice and perfect in his training. Highly recommended place to train indeed with better price flexibility.

Negative experience: I went to this center last Friday. One of the staff was sitting there and he was talking on phone. He was not really interested to explain the details.

Negative experience: go to a different driving school because at this branch specifically all they want is your money, you are guaranteed to fail at least once at every single thing that they test you on no matter how good you are at driving, they will find something wrong with it, dont go to them!!!

Negative experience: PLEASE DONT COME HERE: ITS A SCAM I decided to use their services due to their convenient location and soon noticed that it was a big mistake, their communication is horrible as they never pickup and speak hard to understand English. They are not very helpful when needing help with booking or if you have any questions. They fail you for the smallest things and then make you take mandatory classes to to then be able to take the test again for no reason (which you have to pay extra for). I would recommend picking another driving school and just paying extra for the better courses as that way you're guaranteed to pass quickly and surely, with this branch instead you don't know what dumb rule they might come up with next

Negative experience: Highly not recommended They never ever ever pickup the phone which is the only method for booking the actual classes, they are extremely unprofessional on their phones all the time instead of focusing on the customers at hand The ONLY good thing about them is their instructors such as Shakheel

Fantastic experience: Who is an Instructor? This is a person who helps students to acquire knowledge, competence or virtue. Mr. Shakeel is a wonderful instructor. May God continue to bless him and also bless other DDC staff. Am happy I registered my driving with DDC. It was a good choice.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience with DDC discovery gardens branch. I passed the final test in my second attempt though. Overall the experience of learning till test was very good. Specially wanted to thanks my instructors Mr. Rashid and Mr. Jameel. Their instructions led me to pass the tests. Also for Parking test Mr. Jameel and Mr. Elsir were very helpful. The administration is also very helpful and kind. Mr. Azeez is helpful and always working to support the learners. Thank you DDC, will recommend this to everyone going for the driving learning and tests.

Negative experience: They fail you for the stupidest things. The instructor said... i fail you now, but next time i promise i make you pass. This was after him telling me how i drive like i am used to the road, and i am comfortable. They just want to make money. Cheats. Thieves. Please help yourselves and go to another school. I think this branch is not hitting its targets so they fail people for the most idiotic things
