Emirates Driving Institute is the largest and the most successful driving institute in Dubai and the Middle East. EDI provides UAE driver license training courses using a fleet of over 500 vehicles such as cars, motorcycles, trucks, buses, forklifts, and shovels. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Emirates Driving Institute- Ibn Batuta Mall branch. The team in general was very supportive. I was so pleased to deal with Mr. Wissam Atya who extended amazing, support and was very keen to provide full adequate information, he is indeed very proffisional and really assisted through out the reservation and the entire process. Mr. Wissam Atya was keen to extend support on how to use the portal and was very generous in sharing experience on when to take the test and how the process works also how to maximise the benifits from the trainig material. I really appreciate his services and highly recommend the branch.

Negative experience: Bad experience. Today I visited Emirates driving institute at IBN battutta mall. The help desk man was not interested in dealing with us. He is not ready to tell more about all the details. Just shown the chart and said like this. There were so many driving schools in Dubai I had visited but . They explained a lot of details with us. Emirates driving school may be good. But this type of employee will get you some bad names.

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much Leo & Asif for your support and help in scheduling the class at the last minute and that too with a great instructor - Mr. Khalid at the EID Al Quoz branch. All of your support helped me in getting the licence in one go. Also, after seeing the reviews I was hesitant to go ahead with this branch but frankly, I never faced an issue with no one picking up my call or not responding back, timely.

Negative experience: You can enroll in this institute only if you are confident to pass all internal assessment in one go without fail . If you failed then you have to wait for the classes to be scheduled for around 2-3 weeks minimum. Special feedback for Ibn branch - They never picked up the call so my suggestion to the institute is to please remove the contact number of this branch as it is of no use .

Negative experience: I personally give 1 star to this institute.nobody picks up the phone, very late response to book classes,instructure don't explain clearly. It's 3 months I still haven't passed internal exam. I am very annoyed.

Negative experience: I’ve never suggest this Institute. ‼️‼️‼️It’s been now 8 MONTHS I’m trying to get my driving Licence The appointment is very slow The gap between classes are huge And all the time fail I have paid HUGE AMOUNT 8 MONTHS CANT GET MY LICENSE YET

Negative experience: Again EDI testing patience at its peak, booking exam before 12 days and still not getting any update. Worst worst worst service ever, its my huge mistake to choose EDI for DL. Never ever recommend to anyone, not even your enemies.

Fantastic experience: So many negative reviews hmm….. This is the first time I am writing a review before taking the experience. I try to write genuine reviews and happy to be Google level 8 local guide with a Master reviewer badge and have helped many during this journey. I would be enrolling in the Driving classes today on 20th Nov’22 at Ibn Batuta mall. I am giving a 5 star now basis my hope despite all the negative reviews. I will edit my review post my experience. Negative experience: I don't recommend this institute to any one when you go first time you book written test after test they will call you for classes after 6 weeks if your non arabic.when you call on customer care to book classes or test you will never connect them it's always busy for hours,on chat it shows bug after using 1 to 2 time and the trainers are sleepy And don't have teaching skills. You always get fail in internal test several times.

Negative experience: Enrollment process was good and quick. Sadia akram was very helpful. But the IBN branch does not pick up calls. The main center is too crowded or misorganized. In my 1 hour of parking class I only got to try the 3 types of parking 2 times each. Rest of the time was gone in waiting for the parking space to be available. And when I said I am not confident about the parking instructor told me You will have 1hour of parking class you can learn then. If that was the case why did the instructor waste1hour of my driving time in parking. I would rather have practiced more on road driving in that 1 hour .

Negative experience: Worst Experience and one of the bad decision of my life. Guys never ever go with EDI even if they’re offering dont go with them. I have been trying to call this branch from last 10 days, for scheduling my class as 10 days ago they said will schedule your class and let you know now since 8 days no one picks up the call and not even call back. I have tried so many times but no one picks any time. Note: i am talking about parking class

Negative experience: The guy in the Dubai Marina branch is probably the most rudest man I have seen employed by the company. Does not reply to whatsapp requests at all or inform you of any hiccups. His job is just to take your money and leave. Really sad as I have started classes and there are some really good instructors

Negative experience: Never recommend such unprofessional company arrogant staff. Paying upfront will makes you cast you aside and prioritize others. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my lessons to start. Asked for any free instructor english or Arabic but their reply was, mandatory to wait for 5 weeks and you signed that in your contract. Big scam.Add to that super arrogant on the phone very unprofessional, interruptive. I regret ever dealing with them. Happy to terminate the process and redo everything with another company if I can get a refund. Truely worst customer experience I have ever seen in Dubai. Worst than low cost restaurants and kiosks in the street. I have never written a bad review like this and i still have more to add.

Negative experience: The worst driving school .I will never recommend this school for million of reasons ,i will mention some of them . they give you schedule that suits their timing not yours ,if you need to change the schedule because your work timing is changed you need to pay for changing ,their training won’t help you to pass the parking test ,if you ask them for additional course they will give it in same days you were training in ,if you need to change the training day you need to pay addiotional fees again,pay ,pay………,be aware don’t loose your money and time

Negative experience: Very slow in response. Each instructor has different opinion. Very confused whom to follow. No uniformity in teaching. Regret joining EDI. Dont refer EDI to anyone.

Positive experience: Booking classes is very difficult if you book for fixed price courses. They will tell they will get back. If you call after 2 days and say I called you before 1 week. Then they will book classes. Means only giving priority to the angry and normal paying students. Fixed price courses very low priority.

Negative experience: Highly disappointed with instructor ...prices r high and instructors r not gd...I changed 2 instructors and now had class with 3rd instructor..if I m paying too much then I expect effort from ur side as well...bt the instructors r like they want to come and complete the time..they dont care if students learn something or not...I took 32 classes from there and learn u turn in 2nd last day...and now taking extra classes and paying more for learning u turn..even my instructor does not know how to do parallel parking without touching right line.. and I got failed 2 times in parking because of her
