If you’re planning to start your journey in JLT, then I recommend you to book with Mr. Faheem Badshah Muhammad (vehicle 449) and with Mr. Qaisar Nadeem Azmatullah (vehicle 124). They helped me a lot to clear my initial assessment and were positive and very supportive :)

Positive experience: I can’t say I m happy with Galadari, they are not fair nor helpful (the head office). Friends and family that took different driving schools have better feedbacks. However a special hand up to Justin Rodrigues ( jlt cluster P branch) , for his help during this journey. He is always available and helpful. He is the best galadari agent I have dealt with. He deserves to be a senior manager and train and teach the rest of the staff how to be humain, responsible, professional and efficient.

As me and my husband didn’t have good experiences with Galadari Mr Justin just changed my mind and he was in fact the only rest changed my Mind and didn’t transfer our files to another institute. I believe he has a great potential in handling the critical situations and turning the table around to the good and satisfactory result in both achieving the customer satisfaction and finding the best solution. my bad experiences were in 2 parts first a new unreasonable decision of relevant department about testing process for lump sum student and 2 mistakes in booking classes and test by agents in Galadari alqouz, both handles resolved professionally on time by Mr Justin. Negative experience: I would not recommend Galadari to anyone. It's goes from good to worse within a week of choosing Galadari.

Negative experience: Worst experience , lump sum course is not worth , doesn’t recommend , you need to wait for a month for 2 additional class after an internal class test .

Negative experience: Extremely difficult to get in touch with this branch over the phone. Booking classes is secondary. Would not recommend

Negative experience: I am amazed to understand from Mr. Teril that such a big institute like Galadari doesn't has a single Indian instructor available for any slot. Also he only gives you comple info after you make the payment, which is a disappointment after knowing the entire case. I hope he learns to give the entire process info to anyone who is visiting their JLT branch. I will never even think of recommending anyone to Galadari after this.

Very professional , excellent customer service specially Mr Teril from Galadari JLT office , helpful superb service. Thank you again Galadari I passed my test and got my licence in the first attempt. Negative experience: Had a terrible experience. Just to book a class and RTA exam you need to wait for 15 days. The customer service is also very bad. Very disappointed with their response and service.

Positive experience: I was satisfied by GMDC services. They have good instructors especially Maseed Gul Shandi, (Id no. 316009). He was very helpful and professional.

Negative experience: Not a terrible experience as I am sure others have had it worse. Whoever is managing the customer experience journey is totally unqualified. Please hire someone that can positively contribute to this driving academy. The teachers here are great, and the staff are kind. However, it is clear that whoever is implementing processes + the entire customer journey should probably be replaced with someone more competent.

Negative experience: Good driving institute with good instructors and staff however You will forget and regret about getting your driving licence if you get Mohideen as your examiner in assessment test in the al qouz main branch, I’m telling you he will mention mistakes that you havent even done to keep on failing you with his unique ways And may be a few minor mistakes he will show as all major mistakes in other different ways mentioned all that you never did so good luck if you get Mohideen, Examiner ID 304115. And it’s happening when I checked with several people sitting beside me.
