Fantastic experience: I am a happy Belhasa student not just because of the reason that I got my license but the way the process is planned here for each student. It’s transparent and systematic. I do feel that the cost is high and not everyone is able to afford that amount and if something can be done to make it affordable for everyone. I would specially like to thanks Saira Banu, who treats each of her student like her own child and always guide in a correct way. She is a very good teacher and Belhasa is lucky to have her. My special thanks to Qadar Khan who sits in room number 10, he has an amazing attitude and tries to help everyone beyond his capability. He never says no to anyone. I had a great experience here with most of the instructors and lastly my thanks to Khalid instructor who taught me from the scratch and all the instructors who taught me parking. Belhasa, please keep these teachers with care, this branch has best of teachers. Don’t loose them.

Negative experience: Very worst Customer Care, We need to call the Customer Care, then after sometime we may or may not get the call from Class Booking or Test Department. Not sure how many times we might have to call them to book the classes and tests. No proper online class booking or test booking options. Needs lots of digitalization.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. Been calling 3 days to register at school and start classes, no answer and finally somebody answer I told her I wanna open file and start education and answer is please contact this WhatsApp number okay, and I contact them on WhatsApp telling I wanna register file and start education and again no answer and after they texting me if you have file. I texted clear earlier I wanna open file and start school, why again ask same thing, and now again they are close. Lol it’s a joke! Omg why should it take week to just open file No comment. Better try other driving school. I can’t imagine what will be actual studying with them ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: very good driving school...

Negative experience: Be careful friends. They have a lot of hidden charges. Just explaining one scenario. My package was for 40 classes which was including independent and high way classes. But at the end I had to pay for 48 classes, 8 classes extra. How did that happened? It seems Belhasa has done all 40 classes without including independent and high way classes. Is that my fault? No body informed me that. When I asked the management they say, may be instructor might have done the classes based on your performance, but my instructor never told that I need extra training or classes. What a joke. At the end I had to pay for extra 8 classes. Most of the instructors will not give their best, just try to learn from your own. Recommendation to students - Make sure you keep a track of your training hours. Make sure you book Independent and High way classes after completing 36 training hours. I think Emirates Driving School is better than Belhasa. Do more research.

Fantastic experience: Today I got my driving license with the help of two amazing Teacher Mr. Muhammad Aqeel and Ms. Chitra. Both are super friendly and caring. They genuinely care for their students and do their best to get you driving license.

Positive experience: Hello, When you go to their branch, belhasa’s staffs are mostly nice but not everyone specially in test department.(The guy who’s rude looking not wearing the thoub suit) Telephone Costumer service? Don’t expect that they will pick up your call. Even when you call them 100x they will never answer. Instructor? My first instructor was good, But when I changed my instructor … I wasted my four hours of driving. It was Mr. Tuseef? He asked me to stop in a store, he went out and bought something. He asked me again to stop in a free parking and he said that I should get my mobile and relax for 5 mins. He consumed my time telling his life stories . I couldn’t tell him to stop talking because it’ll be rude and he’s my instructor but yeahh. professionalism at its finest (Sarcasm). But in all, Belhasa’s service isn’t bad. The processing is great and fast, I would still recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience of getting my license through Belhasa driving institute, Al qouz. Thanks to the ever helpful staff and the amazing instructor Romana I got my driving license in first attempt. The process was seamless and staff is very friendly.

Negative experience: Vraiment vraiment très mauvaise compagnie. Personnel très accueillant au départ et une fois le contrat terminé ils vous font payer plusieurs choses qui n’étaient pas mentionnées au départ. Faites très attention

Negative experience: They need to train their driving instructors to give better instructions to the learners so that the student understands the lessons of driving quickly. Many drivers fail to explain basic things which result in the student failing the exam.
