Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this driving school. I feel like I wasted both my money and my time. There was no support or assistance from them when I needed it. They also charged extra fees, and their prices are excessively high compared to other schools. I cannot recommend this place.

Negative experience: Getting your license through here is the most complicated thing you will do in your life. Time consuming! Hidden fees and charges! Unprofessional! Unreasonable process and unhelpful team.

Negative experience: Very bad service! You have to wait more than 20 mins for someone to answer! And you end up with a rude person answering like someone called Nadia in Arabian center branch. Very hard to find test appointments if you don’t buy the VIp package

Negative experience: I am a GOLD VIP customer of Galadari Motors and writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Galadari Motors. I enrolled back in December 2023 and I regret it. Despite Galadari Motors' reputation as one of the top 5 motor training schools in Dubai, my experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the outset, I encountered significant issues with their learning application and even website, which failed to function on both my Apple phone and MacBook. Despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance from the Galadari team, the problem persisted, and I found myself in a constant cycle of communication and follow-up with no resolution in sight. Numerous visits to their Etihad Mall office and countless phone calls to the sales team yielded no results. After wasting over 45 days grappling with this issue, I was informed that the application was only compatible with Android phones or Windows laptops, a crucial detail that was conveniently omitted during the initial inquiry and payment process. I must applaud their customer centric attitude and values which they have filled their website with. Even after purchasing an Android phone to accommodate their requirements, the application continued to malfunction for few days. It took nearly two months of persistent complaints and follow-ups for their IT team to finally address the issue, allowing me to proceed with the theoretical aspect of my training. However, by the time the application issue was resolved and I finished my lessons and I was ready to book my test, I was informed by the Galadari team that I had exceeded the three-month time period allocated for my learning permit. Consequently, I was instructed to pay additional fees for learning permit renewal. Given that the delay was solely attributable to Galadari Motors' faulty application and subsequent inefficiencies, I raised a formal complaint with their query department requesting a waiver of the renewal fees. It is worth noting that renewal fees is 162 AED and the gold VIP package that I bought was for 16,162 AED, hence it is not really about the money, it is solely about company's values and how fairly they treat their customers. Regrettably, their response was outrightly dismissive, absolving themselves of any responsibility and insisting that I have to bear the financial burden. As the phrase goes, It is either their way or highway. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable, especially considering the substantial investment made for a VIP service and their cheap and faulty application and website. Despite my continued efforts to address the ongoing issues with their complaint department, I remain unable to book my test through their malfunctioning mobile application. Based on my harrowing experience and the egregious mishandling of my case, I strongly advise against entrusting Galadari Motors with one's motor training needs in the UAE. It is evident that their purported excellence in service falls far short of reality, leaving customers like myself feeling undervalued and utterly dissatisfied. If you are looking for good service, choose anyone but Galadari Motors.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience with GMDC, thanks to Mr Yousuf, who went way above and beyond his duty to help us. Soon after booking we had and issue with transport. The call centres and several managers were unable to help. However, Mr Yousuf reassured us, he escalated the matter to the highest level and got it sorted. After that also he was constantly in touch to make sure everything went smoothly. Honestly he is very busy, still he finds time to provide good support There are 3 driving school counters in Arabian centre, Galadhari is the busiest. I guess the reason is the outstanding service, its worth the wait. Keep it up.

Negative experience: terrible customer service. I passed the online theory test and their system is down. The staff is rude too.. very happy to help you file a complaint against them.
