Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of learning with Mrs.Sukaina Fathima and can say she is an outstanding driving instructor. I really like the her positive attitude towards her students which makes us motivated throughout the classes. She was very supportive and patient with me from the beginning till the end, I was nervous in the beginning but the fact that she is very calm and relaxed in giving the lessons actually helped me to become more confident in my driving, she was great at identifying areas where I need improvement and rectify my mistakes without overwhelming me. At the end of my classes she gives me feedback which helped in understanding my mistakes. I am sure its not just on me she puts her 100% I have seen her putting equal efforts on all her students and helped them to get back to back classes and even special classes prior to RTA final tests. Fantastic experience: I am extremely grateful to the staff at the Al Qusais Branch of Belhasa for their support throughout my driving journey. Thanks to their help, I passed my driving test on the first try on 20/11/24. It took a total of 3 months from registration to obtain my license, and the process in registering and booking for classes and tests was very smooth and efficient. I initially started my classes with another instructor but after a few classes I realised we werent compatible. Fortunately my experience turned for the better when I got to know about Mr Salman Murtaza Khan through a friend's recommendation and my request to switch instructors was followed swiftly. Mr Salman is an exceptional instructor with alot of experience in teaching, he motivated me throughout and gave me much needed confidence. From parking skills to driving on the road, he knows exactly how to pinpoint and correct a student's mistake without being condescending and guiding them through constructive feedback. Negative experience: Dont waste your money on this branch specifically. They have poor management of instructors and classes. They will make you pay for extra class even without failing or missing any class. They changed 4 instructors with me. Each time in middle instructors was reassigned. Then one instructor wont consider last instructors parking class, made me get extra class for him, staff made me pay for extra class. They dont know how to manage things on CRM and technical level. Worst customer support experience of my life!!! Shame on you Belhasa

Negative experience: It is one of the worst schools to regret at the moment when it recorded bad appointments. The delay reaches more than two months. It is very, very, very shameful to work with it. I swear with all my heart I do not recommend it at all. This is the fault of the company, and God is the one who listens. Bad organization and bad treatment. When you arrive, you think it will be good treatment, but you enter and participate in it and you can no longer leave from there. You see the change 180 degrees.

Negative experience: Long waiting list for RTA Test I waited 6 weeks in the waiting list to have my first yard test appointment from the test department. Now I'm waiting for my second try appointment on the yard test for another 2 weeks and still waiting the appointment date from test department. The driving class went well but it have been a long journey when it come to the test. Hopefully the school can secure more RTA test slot in accordance to their growing student enrollment.

Negative experience: من اسوأ المدارس ندمان ع اللحظة يلي سجلت فيها مواعيد سيئة بيوصل التأخير لاكتر من شهرين معيب جدا جدا جدا العمل معها والله من كل قلبي لا أنصح بها ابدا ابدا أنا مو ذنبي الاعداد الكبيرة يلي بتستقبلها المدرسة ولاذنبي عدد الناس يلي بتمتحن هاد ذنب الشركة والله يلي بيسمع رأيي أبدا لايسجل فيها مطلقااااا تنظيم سيء ومعاملة سيئة أول ماتوصل بتفكر معاملة منيحة بس تدخل وتشترك فيها وماعاد تقدر تترك من عندن بتشوف التغيير 180 درجة هاد حكي اكتر من شخص مو بس انا

Negative experience: Call centers are unhelpful. Even RTA theory test scheduling takes time. App are not useful at all too. Branch landlines no one answers. Still waiting for the callback for the theory test schedule which I’ve been requesting for how many days now. Starting to regret enrolling with this institute.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience with New Belhasa Branch in Al Qusais. I finished my parking assessment and my Instructor Ma’am Miss Shabana really made me comfortable and made me understand how we need to be careful. She is very much experienced in driving and her knowledge really helped me to finish my first assessment. Looking forward for my RTA test.

Negative experience: عالم بدون ذوق و لا احترام، يلي بده يضيع وقته و مصرياته و يرتفع ضغطه و يجيه الشلل النصفي..يروح يتسجل بهيد المدرسة والله كااااارثة، ما بنصح أحد يتسجل و يلي تسجلو بنصحك تكنسلو من عندهم لأنه عادي يدفعوكم كل شيء عندكم و فوقهم يضيعولكم الوقت
