Negative experience: Yesterday I got a message from someone from galadari around 7 30 pm in what's app. I asked him about why did you contact me in what's app and also why late night. I told him what's app is personal communication channel and don't use this a communication channel. But he is very rigid and told me I am talking non sense. Very rude behavior.

And even if he was my instructor just for today, I really enjoyed the session and learned a lot from him. While the central office in Al Quoz might be lacking space for yard practice due to huge number of cars, the overall experience is very good, and special thanks to Ibn Battuta GMDC counter for their professional work with scheduling the classes as efficiently as possible - was able to complete everything within 1,5 months.

Fantastic experience: Applied at the ibn battuta mall Galadari for the driving license and have successfully received it. Mr. Richard at this center provided immense support in fast tracking this process and providing the right guidance. The trainers did an exceptional job as well. Overall a good experience.
Fantastic experience: Smooth experience for me, I passed in 1st try in all tests. Richard helped in bookings and answering my queries related whole journey. I had regular package with national day offer. Only thing is you will always get classes later to 2 weeks.
Fantastic experience: Taking a new licence is a lengthy process and involves a lot of patience and practice but if someone like Richard is there to help and support you the journey becomes easier. Richard guided me all through and helped me with slots suited to my schedule.
Negative experience: I had a very bad experience , all they think about is money and only money they’ll keep failing you for more money , instructors will keep pushing you to pay for more classes, they refuse to give you near appointments so that you will exceed the 3 months file then you will have to pay again for the renewal which is 300aed , but once you keep pushing ,they will tell you that now it’s available. I DON’T RECOMMEND IT AT ALL , IT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Mr. Richard at Ibn batuta mall (GMDC) who assisted me for early bookings & provides me supportive Instructor. However I got failed many times in internal assessment but it developed my confidence & skill to drive on road. It also helped me to pass Final RTA Test in second attempt. I was first time driver who never drive car previously.
Fantastic experience: Richard from Galadari at Ibn Battuta is extremely professional, respectful and helpful. Star employee.
Positive experience: Bought the offer from a sales guy. Never should have done that, always directly register at their desk. Galadari is genuine, people shouting offers are all fraud. Faiz from sham sikander (marketing of galadari) is a cheat. His number is 58 573 2786. Charged me 200 cash for file opening, never gave receipt. It was actually already paid. At least they opened the file. This is my fault as fraudsters are everywhere, I should have been careful. Thankfully Mr. Richard at Ibn batuta mall assisted with bookings and tried to get early slots. Whenever I failed, both internally and rta, it was genuinely fail. The internal evaluators gave me second chance at parking. They were very good. It took me 5 months to get licence, costed 5,708. My opinion Galadari is better than EDI as their slots are way longer waiting.

And also too bad experience with galadari driving school... One of representive in galadari gives wrong Information and bought money from us and cheat.. And other staff in the IBN BATHUTHA MALL told me, the first person who met me is not genuine... So how we can believe this group...

Fantastic experience: Thank you Galadari... I have got my license by first attempt in Road test.. Little bit difficulty faced in parking test but Instructor Mr. Sahad helped me to clear the parking test very smoothly.. And the person who is in Ibnu batuta branch ( From Srikanka ) very nice and cooperative person.. He helped me to book tests in weekend days.. And always following up with customers..
