Negative experience: Very unhappy about services They just want money from you and give a lot of false information They lady that was opening my file shagufta naaz gave me false information about the price - a lot of hidden expenses and there was no response from her side after doing the file opening and ignoring massages I had to go there by person and pay a lot of extra amount again And after that any problem i had there was no response from achool site When i was trying to do the e learning every time i reach lesson 4 it comes back to lesson one You guys are dealing with people very busy everyday trying to make their life a little bit more comfortable and you treat them this way So many problems and i haven’t even started physical training Even 1 star is too much for you guys A s when i went there by person they asked for some extra expenses and some cash money ( which was very sketchy) why would u ask for card and cash payment together Even 1 star is too much for this corrupt company

Negative experience: Process of booking class and test is extremely frustrating. You have to call their abrasive customer service center for any booking. Everytime it will take at least 45 minutes. Complete waste of time.

Negative experience: It’s been two days I am coming and the philipiono employee is not at her office all the time .. she was not there yesterday from 12:00 PM till 2:30 I believe and I have been passing by during those 2:30 hours more than four times, please Galadari put responsible people to do your business, I remember there was a guy there his name is Amin he is super and dedicated every time I pass by I see him and he is the one who convinced me to go with you guys and was super helpful assisting me and assigning classes for me .. Hope this gentleman is here again he service was beyond than perfect but not with this philipino lady it’s all missed up and she is always missing.

Negative experience: They made me pay twice for same thing, and when I went to get refund I had to wait 2 hours in the queue. He made mistake and I need to suffer and spend 2 hours of my life just sitting waiting

Negative experience: This is worst driving school in dubai, they will schedule your dates very far and are mostly not available so students get very hard time in clearing tests DO NOT GET THIS SCHOOL PLEASE

Negative experience: Dear Friends! I ASK YOU VERY MUCH, IN ANY case, do not choose this driving school to get a driver's license. I having a golden visa, I can't get my driver's license for more than three months. My driving exams are constantly being postponed. every day I call the school and almost every other day I go there and beg for an exam date. this is terrible! PLEASE DON'T GET FOOLED BY THE ADS! Spare your money and nerves!

Fantastic experience: I am always being attended to patiently and corteously by Samier with all my queries and very patient to guide me in every process thad i have to do to start my classes.
Negative experience: Booked for my assessment parking test at this location, paid money but the test was never booked, I suggest you confirm before leaving if it’s been actually booked or just not bother going to this location this is very infuriating and poor service delivery clearly the guy working there iether doesn’t care or is not doing his job. Just go to another location I highly recommend.
Negative experience: You can't reply on Galadari service. Long waiting lists. They promised some early dates, but you got just worse dates, because they forgot about you.

Negative experience: I advise you to make sure that the classes are available before paying, because I had to wait more than a full month to be able to take my first class, obviously they told me that after making the payment... to be able to schedule exams is very complicated because the They don't answer the phone line and the waiting list was always more than 40 minutes. They have lousy customer service... I can't complain about the teachers, they are always helpful and on time, but their customer service is fatal and many give you wrong information.

Positive experience: My experience with Galadari Motor Driving Center was good. They are well organized. I would have rated 5 stars and would have said this is a GREAT center had all my instructors been like Mr. Asif Naqab Shah. He was very clear and calm, the two most important characteristics for a driving instructor. I remembered everything he taught me during the practical driving sessions. Negative experience: The worst driving school , dirty cars with out AC, the don’t try to teach you, and it is impossible to call them and answer the phone if you are existing customer, just go to other school , the stated cheap then one by one you are paying more than other schools

Negative experience: do not waste your time and money! you thought this is a blessing of getting the price very low but no. you will may pay less at the beginning but they will always fail you which forced you to take more classes and re-do the test. they always don't have availability for classes minimum you have to wait 10-15 days! which you need to have at-least 2 times learning permit renewal. I/m sharing this so you wont do the same mistake that I did
