Negative experience: Changing test times on their own got me sitting there for a whole hour just to find out my test has been delayed

Positive experience: Please have some mercy on the students who are standing in the sun waiting for their turn in this hot weather. Kindly provide them with some waiting area where they can wait until their training turn comes. Extremely necessary and mandatory measure to be taken before facing any heatstroke issues.

Negative experience: Been waiting more than a week for them to give me my classes every time I call they say someone will call you back in 2 to 3 days and no one calls

Negative experience: Dear SDI, My registration number is 23499257, I requested for time changed on 23-July-2023, and one of your executive told me that, for time changing, my classes will be stop. I agreed and since then to until now they didn't restart my classes, in between I've visited SDI alsajja branch 3 times and made phone calls many times, but everytime they said that, they will call me back... I'm still waiting for their call.... and now they are saying is that, I've to updated file and it cost will be 300 aed. Why should I pay extra money because of your carelessness. I called today again their number and got the same reply, So now I'm still waiting for their positive response...

Positive experience: Place is small, staff bad communication I.e. not answering phone or emails and can't make appointment for test. the only easy thing i have gone through when I paid the money to the good staff at al rahmania mall (sale centre). Trainer is good.

Positive experience: عندهم مدربة وحده للبنات و عليها زحمه و ضغط. بنتي من شهرين مسجله عندهم. و خذت فقط ثلاث حصص !!! خدمتهم جذاً بطيئة و يسجلون طلاب و هم يالأصل ما عندهم طاقه استيعابيه. لسكان الرحمانية. افضل تدربون بناتكم في مبنى الرئيسي في رمثا علشان ما تضيعون وقتكم. . و ابتعدوا عن هذا الفرع لانكم راح تنتظرون اسابيع لغايه ما يجي دوركم. و اضافة لذلك. ما يردون على مكالمات

Negative experience: معامله ليست جيده من الموظفين ومواعيد جدا جدا متأخرة لممارسة التدريب ومكان صغير ولايوجد مدربين عدد قليل

Negative experience: Very unprofessional people they hire, i am really disappointed from al sajja branch, the guy mr sabu who is in registration section he can’t speak properly with the customer, when i talked with him about rigistration information he is using continuously mobile scrolling on social media not giving properly answer, i am requesting to management, to trained u r people to how to deal with customer & give them information properly plz don’t use ur phone on duty time
