Negative experience: I had a really frustrating time with Galadari driving school. They refused to give refunds and sprung extra service charges on me out of nowhere. It's so important for businesses to be upfront about all costs upfront to avoid these kinds of issues.Not recommended!!

Fantastic experience: Look for Mr. Abdul Wasi, Customer Service at DIFC branch. He is very knowledgeable and will not rush you to “buy” the service, but patiently share all the options, pro and cons of available alternatives, to allow you think through it before making the right choice. I came 3 times for face to face consultation with him, before deciding to start the journey with Galadari. Hope to have a good learning process ahead, knowing Mr Abdul Wasi will be there when we need help to troubleshoot anything

Fantastic experience: Efficient people at the booking center.. Abdul wasi was prompt in booking and registration. From opening file to getting a driving license took 5 days and about 2600 AED all together with 2 driving classes Classes were voluntary and they pick up and drop at the house.

Positive experience: Mr wasi and difc instructor mr rehman fazal or so patient and also nice instruction about road about the roles. But my hight 5'3 I can't see properly coz of car I can't adjust the seat .must they need to provide good car in difc branch ..i also complaint to mr wasi about the car. Fantastic experience: I deeply appreciate the professionalism of Ms. JOLINA DE DIOS, and her amazing customer service, we've been with Galadari for 7 months now, and only at this moment with Ms. JOLINA we have understood everything all about the flow and accurate process in Galadari Driving, we are about to give up and transfer to some other Driving School 'coz this would be the 5th time my husband has failed the Assessment Test which is unbelievable. We were enlightened and encouraged by her thoughts on this struggle we were facing now. We believed we could make it this time and proceed to the Parking Test for the next booking. Negative experience: Strongly not recommended. Worst driving training centre. Very poor third class services.
Fantastic experience: Mr.Mubarish patiently explained when I asked so many questions , he was sincere and friendly to others, but he moved to the Deira city centre branch ,so it was unnecessary for me to stay in DIFC branch for the selected classes.
