Fantastic experience: Excellence truly lives up to its name, for the learning experience you get here is beyond excellent. From a person with sweaty palms on the steering wheel who had never driven before, my two instructors Mr. Nishad and Mr. Hafiz through multiple hours of coaching transformed me into a confident driver and taught me everything I needed to become a safe driver on UAE roads. I'm truly indebted to Mr. Nishad & Mr. Hafiz for their incredible support, advice, and valuable tips on following traffic rules, lane changing, parking, road assessments, which were sometimes even great life lessons. Will miss the friendly banter and the scolding I've gotten used to for these past few months. Your words of advice will aways remain in my head whenever I make a turn or change lanes on the roads. A huge thank you to Mr. Ahmed as well, Excellence coordinator at Frij Murar for always responding, clarifying my queries, helping me book slots, and promptly guiding me whenever I faced confusion. Negative experience: Bad attitude from the reception today morning Shouting un respectable Very bad reception He said come morning 8:30 to the office your instructor will be here for the class Waited there more than 10 min then ask where is instructor . He said check out side . There is no proper replay shouting at me

Fantastic experience: I am thrilled to finally get the UAE Driving License! .. all thanks to the trainers would specially like to mention a few ones.. Mr. Sayed Sajid Hussain (Freej Al Murar Branch) who supported me tremendously all the way from start till end guiding me out of the way and always encouraging me that i could do it, his experience and excellence helped me to learn more in short span! Would also like to mention Mr. Siddharth Manager of Operations (Al Qusais Branch) who indirectly supported me considering i had a small baby and could arrange classes as per my convenience.. Fantastic experience: I opened my file at Excellence Driving School, Naif Branch. Ahmed Abdul Shakoor CSR helped me a lot in this process and on 1st July I have passed my license. He is very honest, patent, he will easily guide you through the process one by one and I have noticed that whatever country the client is from, he speaks to him in the same language. Fantastic experience: Thanks to all the trainers who teach me very well how to drive safely All the trainers are very kind and well behaved especially Mr. Nishad, they encourage me to continue and never give up. At the initial stage I got disappointed when they failed me in the golden chance, but it was good for my better driving in dubai. i passed 2nd time And i am very happy. special thanks for all trainer again and special thanks for Mr Nishad, he Guided me for final trial very well and boosted my confidence for final road test. Fantastic experience: Finally today within 3 months sharp i cleared my license on first attempt. I opened my file from deira naif branch and ahmed shakoor CSR assisted me a lot with the process . Muhammad jalil , shahzaib and muhammad waseem guided me and because of them i passed my test I would recommend the school to everyone . Negative experience: Office opening timing is mention 8 am but right now 8:30am and office still closed .. please make sure for update the office timing
Dear Usman Thank you for your valuable feedback. We genuinely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. We understand that the Ramadan timing was scheduled for 9 am which was reflecting on our website, and we apologize for any confusion or miscommunication that may have occurred.
Negative experience: Very professional office managers and few instructors like Sheryar & Zeeshan.But one advice based on my 3 times personal experience, never ever book a schedule with an instructor by name Muhammad ( bearded guy), he is totally unprofessional, insults learner and from the very beginning of your training for the day he tries to demoralize you by raising his voice with rude tone.I am sure, many folks must have experienced the same from this guy. Company should take disciplinary action against him by conducting an enquiry from recent few candidates who he trained.
Positive experience: Good service from the Receptionist guy. Although better experience from the headquarters staffs. Good arrangements of transportation
