I am writing to formally complain about the lack of communication and poor service I have encountered during the process of scheduling and attending the RTA Theory Test. Initially, I was informed by your team that I was scheduled to attend the RTA Theory Test on Wednesday, [date], and that I should come on that day. However, after this initial communication, I did not receive any further information or updates regarding the test or the necessary steps. After several attempts to get in touch with your customer care department, I was unable to reach anyone by phone, and my emails went unanswered for several hours. Eventually, after 5 hours, I was contacted and informed that there should be a mock test before the RTA Theory Test. I was then sent a link to attend the mock test, which I successfully completed and passed. Following this, I again reached out via email to confirm the next steps and to receive any further information regarding my scheduled RTA Theory Test. Unfortunately, there has still been no response from your team, and I am left without any guidance on how to proceed. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of timely communication and responsiveness from your team. As a paying customer, I expect prompt service and clear instructions at every step of the process. The delays and lack of support have caused unnecessary stress and confusion. I kindly request an immediate update on the status of my RTA Theory Test and a clear timeline for what I need to do next. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter as soon as possible and provide the level of service that was promised when I initially enrolled. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Negative experience: Don't make the mistake of enrolling in Galadari, despite reading the poor reviews I made this mistake and I'm regretting now. The customer service representative wooed me into registering and made false promises. It's been 2 weeks since I enrolled and Im unable to start my elearning as I have kot yet received my credentials to the portal. They are not answering calls, responding to emails. The call centre folks won't help you if you are a registered member they are only interested in new registrations. My 3 month learning permit was issued 2 weeks ago and my time is getting wasted. I'm helpless as I have paid the money. Please join a better driving school and save your hard earned money. FYI I registered in diera city centre branch

Negative experience: I deeply regret enrolling at Galadari Driving School. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and many promises made at the time of enrollment were unfulfilled. I opened my file on 16th August, and to date, I've only just finished my classes. Dealing with the staff, particularly Mubaris, has been a nightmare. Despite passing my school test, Mubaris failed to book my RTA test, falsely claiming my score wasn’t high enough. Fortunately, Warisa Jannat stepped in and booked it for me. Additionally, Mubaris promised pick-and-drop services and early morning classes to fit my work schedule, but none of these promises were kept. He rarely answers calls, and when he does, it feels like we are no longer valued as customers once payment is made. The customer service is poor, making the overall experience disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone considering Galadari Driving School to think twice before enrolling. It's been a complete waste of time and money.

Remove the staff Mubaris that better because whenever I called him to book the classes always he says not in office. Very difficult to reach customer service to book the classes. Positive experience: The training service is tiresome. Please keep aside at least 6k AED prehand before starting the training program. However, there are some genuine employees in GMDC, who are keen to serve the customers. I happened to meet Mr. Mubaris who was really helpful in booking the classes and also tests. I have attained my license today(10/7/2023). Mr. Mubaris happened to be genuine and trustworthy whole throughout the process. Anyways, all the best for all the candidates seeking license.

Negative experience: Please train your employees at centres properly, so they are aware about your services. I have called your your office at City Centre Deira to inquire about refresher driving classes and employee informed me that I should come and register and advised me her working hours. When I arrived to the office she told me without any sign to being sorry and any attempt to apologize, that she "received" information that she cannot register me and i need to go to main office. No apology was extended. I have called another office at Dubai Shopping Centre and employee there commented that registration can be done at any office and employee at City Centre Deira gave me wrong information. He mentioned that he would do reconfirm the information and would call me back. An hour passed, no call received.

Positive experience: Booked here for my classes. A 5-star for Instructor Mhd Younas. He is very informative and the strategy on his teaching is effective esp. for beginners. The only problem in Deira City Center is the availability of personnel at the shop and no one is answering the phone. I am not sure if they resolved this.
