Negative experience: Ejaz Hussain - This Instructor was very greedy , I have more than 10 cases of him - How he manipulates and uses his students. He has took lots of amount from me ny force - Ordering biryani , Shawarma &. carrot juice but not paying it and forcing me to pay. He used to blackmail - Im not only the one student - There are many people who knows about this coward Ejaz Hussain.

Negative experience: Don't make my mistake and sign up with them. Terrible customer service and terrible attitude. Neither call center or front desk agents were helpful throughout my experience with them since October (8 months). Expect to waste your time and energy just trying to book a class or a test. I would call them 3-4 times per day just to be able to reach someone and get a booking done. There's 0 internal communication between departments. The customer service lady told me today: " You can call us back later because the finance department is on a lunch break" Which I find extremely unprofessional. There's no consideration of your time or the money you've paid. The customer is the one chasing them to get anything done. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with Dubai Driving Center. Please save your money and mental health and don't sign with them.

I think those who had bad experiences is because they have to find better instructor in first few classes i had a very bad experience with one of the instructor. I changed my instructor to Mr. Umer Naeem and Mr. Qasim Khan they truly change my experience of DDC i became more confident and got my license. Negative experience: Awful service, I had just finished my road assessment and the instructor had told me I had passed. When I got home, I got an SMS saying that I had failed and had to rebook 8 classes. I went back the center and when I told the instructor WHO TOLD ME I PASSED, that he must've input the wrong response into the system. He said "no the system said you failed so you must've failed and heard me wrong" He then proceeded to say it's ok, just book 8 more classes and take the test again as if he has no idea how money works and that it doesn't just grow on trees. I would not recommend DDC to my worst enemy.

Negative experience: Scam Alert; Scam Alert; Scam Alert They just fail you until they milk you and reach their target. No proper reason or mistake to fail you. Just Harsh braking even though there is no mistake and make you think you made a mistake. Point it as mistake and fail you. Each instructor has a different version of teaching style. One says rules, one says safety and slow, one says maintain road speed limit ,one says overspeed if you maintain speed limit. EOD you will be lost which version to focus on.

Negative experience: Bad very bad service Dates are always late doesn't talk properly to the students They should understand that we pay certain amount not coz we have too mch money atleast respect and understand where the person is coming from. If i get a certain class soon then there are chances it can be cleared dates are always aftr a week or so. When contact he says he is busy therm whats the point calling and asking for support

Negative experience: They're an absolute scam. The placed is crammed with multiple nationalities that don't know how to properly converse in English. Not to mention that they're rude and short-tempered. They'd get mad at you if you're demanding for more information about your sessions or what you're paying for. The receptionist is not a very good conversationalist and don't know how to do their job right. Not to mention that the cashiers there don't know how to count or provide the proper amount. It's a total waste of time and money. Do not go here. What is it with this country and hiring people that cannot understand a word in English?

Negative experience: It’s the worst place and the worst treatment ever My advice for everyone is don’t go there any other place will be better than them , They will make you pay in advance and then you will paging them to book the your classes and every step and they will not answer and they will not care about you at all and there is no one to complain to or help you They will failing you in the assessments without any reason but to pay again And finally and my last advice , if you already registered there at least don’t go to al barsha branch there is one agent called zubair he is a professional layer. Please don’t go there .

Negative experience: I'm begging everyone not to continue here. After I pay, they never entertain me again. I booked for pickup and drop, and no one responded to me. Not the admin, not the driver. It's been a month since I booked my classes, but until now, I'm still trying to reach them for my pick up and drop, which I've paid in advance. I called a hundred times. I messaged the admin nth times. NO ONE RESPONDED. WHAT A VERY POOR SERVICES THIS SCHOOL HAS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME IN A SCHOOL LIKE THIS. A TOTAL JOKE. P.S THEY WILL MAKE YOU RENEW YOUR DRIVING PERMIT EVEN BEFORE YOU START YOUR PRACTICAL.

Negative experience: Worst customer service that I have. They dont have good process and communication with each other. I went there to have my NOC which was suggested by the customer service hotline but the guy seating there is not doing his part. He even gave me his colleague number (Mr. AZEEM) to call and ask for guidance. That is supposed to be his Job! But even me calling Azeem nothing was resolved and they informed me to wait for their call. I can understand if he is busy that time but he is just seating alone in that branch and it seems that he doesnt want to entertain existing students. Very unprofessional!!

Fantastic experience: Mr. Zubair helped me since day one of registration up to the day I received my license. My Instructor was Mr. Ejaz, he is a 30 years experienced instructor that opened my eyes that indeed driving in Dubai is very different. This is regardless of my more than 20 years driving experience in my home country. I passed first time for RTA test with confidence due to extended time of training. I failed 1 time in parking and 1 time in assesment. But everytime I failed, I believe it is for the benefit of building confidence and thats what the assesor told me to. As a working professional I can only took night classes and DDC provides this option. Thanks DDC for the support and training!

Positive experience: I recently got my UAE drving license from DDC. I didnt know the driving before joining the driving school. But all thanks to my driving trainer Rupika who taught me really well. She guided me on all basic things from adjusting driver's seat, turns, roundabouts to advance maneuvers. She also helped me a lot for class and test bookings and she use to always motivate me. She made it so easy for me that I have started driving very confidently. A very friendly and caring person. I highly recommend to every new learner to approach Rupika madam for your driving training classes.

A good experience and although they made me a good driver by pin pointing the mistakes through classes and through failures . Yes it’s hard to get initial but more classes and the support of everyone made me a safety driver. I really want to take this review platform to show my gratitude to DDC-team “Zubyer” the al Barsha area Incharge , he help me lot to schedule my classes according to my convenient time. Giving suggestions and taking the feedback about the instructors and giving encouragement when I failed twice in parking and once in road test. Also I would like to mention my instructor Mr Mohammed all the way from Sudan @ very cool and very patience , given strong back support and guided me till i am clearing the test. Next Mr sudheer from Al quoz took class around 30min by drawing down on paper what are the mistakes that I was doing and how I need to rectify, that really help me to improve my driving skills ( yes he is the internal inspector and deeply monitored my road test and given a clear cut advise what was my mistake and how I need to improve to pass the final , yes I failed two internal road test and that made me more confident and took as challenge and finally i cleared the final road test ) Thanks for everyone and wishing all other student to opt DDC centre to become a safety drivers .

I was welcomed by Mr. Muhammed Zubair at the front desk who is one of the reasons I passed first trys on all tests(Theory, Parking, Assesment and Final Road test). He guided me through the process and If I had any questions he never refused but would make it easy for me to tackle the issue. Highly reccomend starting your journey through him! Positive experience: It’s a good school in a matter if you want to proceed a bit fast and you can pay more. Mr. Mohammed Zubeer is a helpful and honest manager and tries to help to the end while being very patient and polite. Mr. Sami is a faithful instructor and teaches very well. Also Mr. Abd el Moneem was a very respectful instructor. But generally all schools have same system and it depends on your luck to have a good manager and instructor

I find the Manager of the branch (Abderrahman) very helpful, flexible, and communicative during all my adm process and time arrangements. Negative experience: It felt like an absolute disaster to me! I was promised a package of 4500AED with all included and ended up paying 6500AED. They would always have an excuse of why they were charging me more! Some rude staff, never available when you call them, make you feel like they are doing you a favor in accepting you in their school. They booked me tests in different branches and they wouldnt communicate with each other making you waste your time and money with transportation... a trully mess! It took me 6 months to get the license as result of their disorder. Their instructors were very nice though... however the organization itself a disaster! Not recommended!

Fantastic experience: I got my license on 08/02/2020. The best part in my journey of acquiring license was DDC Barsha 1 branch being a part of it. The branch Coordinator Mr. Abdur Rehman was helpful right from the registration till I received my license. Since I had a Saudi License, I had to directly give Knowledge and Driving test. The branch provided me will all the learning documents online and even my driving instructor Altaf Ur Rehman was supportive despite for failing the road test couple of time and made sure I drive with perfection and ease. Their genuine support during the process and sincere act towards tutoring made my driving license possible.

Fantastic experience: It is the best driving school I have seen. The staff in the office Al Barsha 1 branch is very cooperative and the teacher is very good as well. His name is sir Altaf and he replied to all my queries even if I forgets or asks 10 times the same question. I was taught so well that I cleared my test in 1st try and got the License. I can definitely recommend Barsha 1 Branch. But I should admit that I had my bad experience in the begging and lost 2 weeks only on the stage of documents submition, but it's not regarding this branch of the school. That's why I rate Barsha1 as 5, but for whole process in this school as 4.

This office is totally different from al Quoz where staff will miss behave with you and you will have to wait in Que for hours. Here i just had to call Abdul Rehman and every thing was done.
