Positive experience: I just passed today, its like a roller coaster ride! special thanks to my Instructor Mr. Ehsan Ullah - Al quoz Main office branch. He making sure that every class is very meaningful and not just teach " right / left" he explain everything. I am sure I am not the only one but most of his students will agree to me. Negative experience: Came here twice to book my classes in last 5 days and each time I was promised that I’ll get a call back (I’m lump sum customer), I called GMDC today to check the status as I didn’t receive the call back. Customer agent told me that there’s no request for call back in system. I wasted 5 days because of the deception and lie from Carefore AlNahda Sales representative.

Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah, I received my driving license today and i am extremely happy with the service and care that the Galadari provided. I am very thankful to Abdullah Fida who helped me with booking the classes since beginning till the end, he remained very professional and needs to be recognized in the company. Negative experience: Beware of Fraudulent Practices - People like these agents at GMDC are a shame to all of humanity. We had an extremely DISSAPOINTING and FRUSTRATING experience with Galadari Motor Driving School, particularly their Al Nahda branch. We feel compelled to share our story to protect others from falling victim to the same fraud that we experienced. On March 8, 2023, we encountered an agent from Galadari Motor Driving School in the Al Nahda area who claimed to offer a 50% discount on their services. He sold us coupons one for 109 AED. Initially, we were skeptical, so we contacted Galadari's main training center, where they ASSURED us it wasn't a scam. The next day, we visited their Al Nahda office, where we were greeted by a GMDC officer in uniform. This reassured us, and we proceeded with the registration process. However, things took a concerning turn when they demanded an additional 400 AED in cash, citing it as an "RTA file opening fee." This raised red flags, but the GMDC officer convinced us that it was legitimate. As we embarked on the online training from the Al Qusais branch, it became evident that this was indeed a scam, and none of the promised services were included. we reached out to the respective officers, explaining my situation, having already paid a total of 2207 AED. Their response was both shocking and disappointing. They acknowledged the fraud but offered no real solutions. Instead, they suggested upgrading to an unlimited course for an additional 150 AED. It was disheartening to discover that they were aware of the fraudulent activities but showed no willingness to take action. Despite meeting with them on two separate occasions, their response remained unchanged. They just make us to wait. To make matters worse, when we attempted to cancel our training and switch to another school, they insisted on further payments for cancellation. I cannot express how DISSATISFIED and FRUSTRATED I am with this company's unprofessional and irresponsible behavior. It is evident that they prioritize financial gain over their customers' trust and satisfaction. Since they are not taking any actions, we are going to take actions from our side since we have all the EVIDENCES. My advice: steer clear of this establishment, as all you'll receive is problems and tension. Please heed this warning and do not waste your valuable time and money on these unethical individuals. I've visited your office three times, contacted staff over five times, and explained the issue to customer service over ten times. You're aware of the ongoing fraud issue, but no action has been taken to prevent it. You already know how many others have faced this problem? Please prioritize respectful customer service and take concrete actions instead of social media responses.

Positive experience: Galadari Motor Driving center is located just in the side of Carrefour express.
Negative experience: Worstt experience so far!! I want to book for my classes and test and the representative neither replying to my messages nor receiving my calls, as if I’m doing it for personal sake. Very unprofessional.
Positive experience: Galadary is a fantastic organisation! Great customer support from beginning to the end of the process till i got my license.I was provided excellent customer service by the lady Sana in al nahda Carrefour , All her responses were prompt and professional she was so helpful .She is a great customer service person to the team.I will recommend GALADARI for getting a license.
Negative experience: Do not go to this place. Go anywhere else but this institution.

Negative experience: As usual to reach them have to call 100 times and the person who answered today morning after several call attempts had the audacity to ask top of that "why do you keep on calling continuously!!!! " As if he's answering the call on the spot otherwise. And asking the number to call back which he always does and never calls back! Pathetic customer service!!! Why work in customer service if you don't like or know how to serve the customer??! Horrible customer service!

Negative experience: I called them to enquire about the driving class admission. Someone picked up the call and took my number for callback as he was busy that time. That guy never called back… I will check other driving schools as it seems this center is not run by professionals.

Negative experience: Very worst no call pickup this branch, always informed to main office and then request call back.. them they will arrange call back after 2days.. very poor customer service
