Negative experience: The worst experience of my life in terms of service and pricing. The staff has no respect for customers and treats you as if you are begging for their help. There is also no respect for time; in Tecom, they open late and close earlier than scheduled.

Fantastic experience: I took the Golden Chance package and my instructor was Qamar Shahzad (322154) and passed the theory and road exams from the first attempt. Qamar was really helpful, nice and in only 2 classes he explained the major rules and things to keep in mind that helped me pass the road exam.

Negative experience: Hello! I'm writing to express my extreme frustration with the inconsistent and unprofessional conduct I have experienced at your driving school. It has become clear to me that the frequent changes in instructors are not conducive to a productive learning environment. Moreover, my recent encounter with one of the instructors left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. Despite sharing my feedback regarding the unprofessionalism and rudeness of a particular instructor in the past, I was dismayed to find that the same instructor Mr. Atif was assigned to me. As a result, I felt compelled to cancel the class. This repeated lack of consideration for my concerns is unacceptable. My concerns regarding the unprofessional behavior of one particular instructor seem to have been disregarded, as the same instructor was assigned to me for my most recent session. Not only has this inconsistency caused inconvenience and disruption to my learning schedule, but it has also significantly detracted from the quality of instruction I expected to receive. Furthermore, by assigning an instructor against whom I have previously lodged a complaint, it reflects a lack of consideration for my feedback and undermines the trust I had placed in your establishment. Therefore, I request that the driving school promptly streamlines its process for instructor assignments to provide students with a more consistent and constructive learning environment. In light of the repeated issues I have encountered, I am left with no choice but to insist on a resolution. I ask that you either reassign me to an experienced and professional instructor or provide a full refund for the services I have paid for. Or else I will lodge a complaint in dubai police.! Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Ms. Mitali, she's been such a great help and will make sure she accommodates her customers very well. For newbies who are too anxious to have a head start in their driving license journey, just visit the tecom branch and Mitali will for sure give you a WOW customer service and assist you with any questions or doubts you may have. Apart from her being professional, I had a great time as well with my instructor, Mr. Akmal who was such a huge help. Positive experience: I've opened my driving license file in GMDC Tecom branch and the overall experience was really awesome! Ms. Mitali is well aware of the process, knowledgeable, always helped and guided to keep me on track. I really appreciate her great support in booking the slots/classes as I requested and this helped me to complete the license within the budget/target date I kept in my mind. Many thanks to my instructors (Bahaa (miss you bro), Farhan & Aboobacker (road class), Nidal (parking class), Shekhar (highway class) Rashid Sir (GMDC parking assessment)) who always corrected my mistakes and prepared me the exact way how RTA expects in the final parking & road test. Negative experience: Very very bad service, they take ages just to pick up the phone. I had to call them 100 times a day just to book my classes. Very bad experience and not recommended at all.

Fantastic experience: Great Service by Salama, she is professional, helpful, and answers all your question. Big respect for her as she valued my time and helped me in booking the nearest classes and exams. 5/5 on Customer Service. Also, for instructors I would highly recommend Haitham Qaid & Musab Ahmed as they are exceptional in treating their students and highly professional in giving the trainings. I want to thank these people for helping me and I would highly suggest Galadari organization to reward them on their limitless efforts.
Fantastic experience: Had an very pleasant experience with Galadari; the staff specially (Salam) which works at Tecom branch gave me a detailed overview of the costs and what to do. Everything was silky smooth, received the license straight away after the tests at Al Qusais which is where i live. Thank you for following up with me, Salam.
Negative experience: Not recommend to start with Galadari from my experience. After long discussion with the representative about the fees and multiple confirmation for the offer available ( documented confirmations ) I decided to go ahead and register with them but after I visited their office in Al Qouz they revise the prices an ask me to pay 1500 extra for the same service requested over the Whatsapp which its was 1 hour before my visit to their office. It seems they just want me to reach them and put me under pressure to pay extra money however I decided not pay any extra fees and to cancel this school from my option list and you should that also

Fantastic experience: Great Service by Selam! Before visiting this branch I was in some other ones and they made low impressions on me about Galadari. However, when I visited Tecom ( Carrefour ) branch, my opinion was totally changed positive about company. Selam, such a great and responsible person. Every time, visited brunch she gave me detailed information and guided professionally. Even once I visited there with my 3 years son, she gave lollypop to him. What a gesture! She is truly amazing. Thanks Selam!
Negative experience: No assistance, waiting for their call back since morning, 0% customer service, its a real struggle to change time or reschedule classes, made it a nightmare for me to get the license. Surely not recommended. Update: waiting since 30 mins and there is no one on the desk, so many customers already waited and went.

Negative experience: Slow service, never returns our call. You always need to personally go and schedule your Classes/Test. At the time of opening the file, they will be very keen on giving you the best possible answers. That they have increased class slots, test slots. But its always 2 weeks to get a new test or schedule a class. So if you are going with GMDC you know it'll atleast take you 3+ months to actually get your license

Fantastic experience: I don’t know about the other branches but this one here is every professional and well inform and there care about your time special ms Salam she is amazing and she knows how to help you with your training by suggesting a fitting instructor to guide you in your learning so I highly recommend you this branch if you’re interested in driving license and by the way I got my driving license in my first try so give it a go

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with the Tecom branch the lady was very useful,i also faced the same isssue of late response on the calls but when i was there personally I understood why it’s difficult as it is rude to talk on the phone and attend another person as i would have been waiting also but all in all i got the best service,explanations,reminders she was helpful and informative,my instructor was also helpful always arrived on time explaining every process step by step and guiding me through the whole driving process so that i had little difficulty when i went for my assessment,the service i also got at Al Quoz was also excellent the assessment was good they helped me through and the service was overall great,i would strongly recommend people to use Galadari Motor Driving Centre and to also learn to be patient and understanding with these processes as one tends to be impatient and does not appreciate the service offered besides that i give a thumbs up to all that helped me to get my drivers license and thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
