Her teaching techniques and method of tutoring really helped me. I was an amateur while starting this and had no idea about this but she helped me achieve it. So grateful to have her as my tutor.

Fantastic experience: Ms Shameena is the one I found on a Facebook group, and since day one of my classes, I have felt comfortable with her. The main thing I liked was the time flexibility, she said yes whenever I asked for the classes despite her busy schedule, and she made and arranged a time for every one of us. Being a mom, helped me a lot to manage the training and home. She has always been more confident in me than me, stood with me in all my tough times and encouraged me a lot. She is so patient and kind and makes you feel comfortable and confident, even when you make a mistake. If you’re struggling with confidence on the road, she is your go-to person. She made the entire process very easy, really appreciate you maam.

Negative experience: Do not bother to book. I am honestly shocked by some of these reviews. I booked for a refresher lesson. First lesson was fine, I noticed some issues like grabbing the steering wheel and being on the phone but nothing major initially. Second lesson I contacted the instructor and asked to focus on parking and signalling. I showed up, after five minutes of parking practice she told me she doesn’t like to do parking practice because it makes her sick. She then proceeded to get out the car and told me to do it myself. I then asked her to show me reverse parking, same thing happened. I told her I had booked this lesson to improve my parking and this was not helping, she the proceeded to tell me we should go on the highway, I told her I don’t need this as it’s not what I booked for. Gave me a speech about how no one in Abu Dhabi teaches parking (I don’t know if this is true) and that I had wasted her time as she now felt sick due to 5 minutes of parking training and it had ruined her morning. I told her I wanted to end the lesson since what I asked her to teach me she was not capable of. On the way back she was on her phone the whole time, then she lifted her head and grabbed the steering wheel to tell me I was driving too fast, I told her the whole point of a teacher is to teach as this is a lesson, not be on your phone and grab the steering wheel when you remember you’re supposed to be teaching. Absolutely unprofessional. I booked for 1 hour 30 mins and this whole ordeal lasted for 30 minutes as she couldn’t hack the parking, she then wanted payment for 1 hour 30 minutes even though she refused to teach parking. Terrible. She could have just been honest and stated that she doesn’t teach parking from the beginning when I requested it via messaging.
