Fantastic experience: I just got my Manual LMV License from FNDI Dibba branch & let me share my experience in a few paragraphs & a dedication to those aspiring for UAE Licence in the future. I couldn't find the right words to thank my instructor That's Mr Ali Thachangattil Alavi together with the support team of the institution (Dibba). To Mr.Ali, Thank u for preparing me for the road ahead. (I haven't heard much about other instructors bt i can bet that 'he's not jst the best' bt a passionate teacher). With your Guidance, patience, positive attitude, willingness to answer my countless qstns made all the difference" to overcome my nervousness to become a safe driver. U haven't only taught me how to drive, bt also instilled in me_the sense of responsibility behind the wheel & made my learning enjoyable I wish you nothing but Well Entirely❣️ For those who think in FUJ it's easy to pass, the answer is NO_ bt they provide u with exceptional time & training to prepare u for a smooth road test by all means. INSTITUTION overall Service: The customer support team is doing exactly what they are hired to do with 'a positive response throughout/ Assistance (thank U) For u who's preparing to grab your licence from anywhere, jst assess the learning environment earlier if needs a modification, do so,_to avoid paying for the consequences that comes with it.

Fantastic experience: I am currently learning the driving lessons and the entire experience so far has been very smooth. My ustad Mr. Waqas is pure gold and he is simply great. I haven't heard much about other instructors but I can bet that he is the best.

Negative experience: Effort I have never see how caring the staff worker's handle their customers with very patient, kindness especially the police workers they are so amazing and friendly. I recommend everyone over the to pay fujaraih national driving intuition.

Positive experience: Their service is excellent but in inside office their managerial customers service is not satisfactory in Dibba Branch. Also washroom is very dirty not clean at all.. No hand wash no tissue paper! Once i asked for tissue paper one of their stuff refused my request & very dirty wash room. So if someone want to use their washroom make sure you have tissue paper in your pocket. So they are not maintain hygiene in this Pandemic Covid-19!!!

Negative experience: Such a bad experience!! I took VIP classes so that I can complete faster than regular class. But the instructor was very unprofessional and didn't assign any classes as my requirement. This led to a lot of problems including delaying my college admission and hence losing an opportunity to avail scholarship.

Negative experience: My wife started with an excellent instructor called Bushra however Bushra was about to go for an annualeave just before the end of training and she handed the document to her colleague. We chased FNDI through phone calls for few days so my wife can have her last 2 classes and set for the assessment with no luck. My wife had to go there and talk to the new trainer however the trainer refused to come and pick my wife despite the fact that we paid for VIP and she shouted on wife. After the assessment test they told my wife that she needs to have another 5 classes and that they will call us but they didn't so we have to physically go again to them. 90% of the experience was excellent and ybwife enjoyed the training however the new trainer ruined it at the end

Negative experience: very good & helpful instructor and their service was amazing... but regret to say that Jamal supervisor doing a discrimination and fail students without any reason please have a look who are bringing me to leave a bad comments........

Negative experience: Instructors r v friendly n experienced but accessment supervisor jmal (for manual #3)should be check n observe by the mangement for his attitude n discrimination
