Negative experience: Я хочу выразить свое мнение на счет этой компании, я покупал ванучер за 109 aed и этот человек который продал мне ваунчер номер телефона не работает так как я хотел вернуть ваунчер он утвердил что я могу вернуть в любой точки школы ,я позвонил в компанию и мне сказали что они не могут ничем помочь что мне нужно найти самому этого человека и взять с него деньги но по сути у меня ваунчер который попросту лежит,что на счет Exelence школа то что я завершил с ними и получил свою лицензию и они вернули мне ваунчер который обещали неважно от кого я покупал ваунчер я очень расстроен что Галадари не могут даже свой ваунчер обратно взять назад и заплатить 109 aed дело даже не в деньгах.

Negative experience: There are far better driving classes available than this one. Several issues contribute to its low rating: 1) Difficulty in booking classes: When contacting the call center or social media for booking, they often ask to call back in 24 hours. However, callbacks are unreliable, and if they do occur, you must answer immediately, disrupting any ongoing tasks. Otherwise, you'll need to call the call center again and wait another 24 hours. 2) Limited class availability: Classes are never available immediately, with an expected wait time of at least 10 days. 3) Long wait times for customer service: The average wait time on the call center helpline is 20 minutes, and it's a paid service, meaning customers are charged for every minute they wait. 4) Unprofessional instructors and mismanagement: On two occasions, the assigned vehicle was not functioning upon arrival at the center. The instructor initially canceled the class, but after escalation, they started it 15 minutes later. 5) Salperson from Satwa branch Mr. Moiz, was following up with me until I enrolled. Then stopped responding to my calls and msgs.

Fantastic experience: Wow!! Amazing experience with Galadari driving school and staff. I'm a fresher and did not know anything about driving but the Staff in the branch made me understood and supported throughout my theory training and helped me understand the process. Made class and test bookings as per my convenience and delivered what he promised, thanks to The customer service staff Shehzad really great support. Negative experience: We open filed in satwa branch. So that it will be easy for us to attempt classes in satwa. Now suddenly Mr. Shehzad said, we can’t book classes in satwa. Rules had changed for lum sum contract. We have to go al quoz to attempt driving classes. Then what’s the point to open in satwa. If I’m questioning him. He said you are wasting time and energy here, go to al quoz branch. Kindly tell me, If we can’t attempt either test or classes in satwa branch. Then what is the point to open file in satwa ?

Fantastic experience: Had a very nice experience with Galadari despite the delays and everything. The customer representative at the Satwa branch went out of his way to squeeze my RTA road test in a slot. He kept in touch with me and was able to update me in case of new slot openings. His efforts helped me get my license in time and saved me from coming back and forth from other Emirate. Strongly recommended.

Positive experience: My experience at Galadari was not as great initially in terms of post registration service and test conductivities. The person who registered my file cared to not respond or entertain my queries once the file was opened. So I happened to find another representative from their Satwa branch, Mr. Xavier. And he was kind and prompt enough to answer all my questions and helped me in smooth scheduling of my classes each time and I would like to thank him for all the support. I’d also like to thank all the assigned instructors for providing me with their helpful sessions. Negative experience: Im paying for driving but this sales (xavier) saying he will book me after 1 month! And 24 days only not 40 days class ! So much regret of openning file for galadari! They dont have more drivers and instructors ! Im on vacation and need to finish faster but they dont have enough drivers and slots ! So much regret of openning file! After paid 3000 aed ! Even sales rep. (Xavier) is not friendly and not approachable. He is giving wrong information, wrong details just to throw you immediately outside door.

Fantastic experience: As a beginner, applying for Manual car license was a challenge for me. My colleagues told me to opt for Automatic. but i chose Manual and thought to give it a try. if things wouldn't work with Manual, I would switch to Automatic. I visited the Satwa branch and there I met Mr Xavier (customer service representative). He explained me the process step by step and made sure I got all the info. Class booking and test booking was handled by him. He made sure I got dates for both clases and test as per my schedule. I would like to also mention my driving instructor Mr Saeed Iqbal from Satwa branch. i had an incredible experience learning to drive. he helped me become a confident & safe driver. i finally got my driving license in the 1st attempt. with the proper guidance and training, i finally made it. i am so happy.

Fantastic experience: Xavior is one of the very good professionals I have ever seen. To the point, accurate, humble, and helpfull are some of his attributes. My first driving instructor was Syed Nasir. He is also very good instructor. Although my experience on whole with Galadari was not good due to long ques but 5 stars are only for Xavior.

Precise to the point, empathizes with the customer, does not give any fake promises and gives Customer Service a whole new definition. I got my license on my third attempt (due to my silly mistakes in the first two attempts) and Xavier's support, guidance and co-operation throughout the process in helping me find the earliest next available classes and test dates, made the entire process smooth. Fantastic experience: The whole process is long and complicated, but Xavier made everything so much easier. He is very professional and helpfull, always assisting with everything. Negative experience: Many locals claim that we are Galadhari motor marketing representatives and that everything is false. For instance, when I tried to phone them, they answered and spoke in an obnoxious manner, despite the fact that they had promised me a 6800 unlimited package and 150 in advance for my reservation. When I inquired about the marketing persons at Galadhari Motors Driving Center later that day, they claimed that they was a third party, although they had been fed several lies. He promises to let the galadhari employees know that I need to complain, but they don't do anything. What do I think of Galadhari Motors at this point? Why do they not intervene and why do they support? due to the fact that they are marketers

Positive experience: This is my first time driving a car the total number of classes are 40 you may take them after you pass the theory test the whole process cost 3600 AED you can pay step by step first I paid 1500 AED then 800 AED and so on,, they are fast and my instructor Mohamed Younus is very polite and patience bcuz I made every possible mistake in the road and yet he didn't loose it I didn't get my driving license yet to give the full review but so far so good

Negative experience: I really had a bad experience booking to this branch from the Pakistan Guy incharge, first of all the office is really hot, and when I reach there 6:30 pm there's 2 ahead customer to me, so I waited 1 hr and 20 mins, when it's my turn there's 2 customer who came and because they're Pakistan as well directly he assist them, really bad service, when it's my turn he told me I will pay the rest of the amount before parking test but then he change and he said I need to settle the full amount of package.BAD SERVICE. I recommend you better book to other branch not to this branch.
