Fantastic experience: I had my RTA file open for long in an institute called Eco Drive, had the worst experience their with the treatment from the staff there and no guidance was provided by the institute, I was frustrated and wanted to switch my institute, Subhan has been an excellent advisor since the start he advised me towards the process of transferring to excellence institute and all my classes were booked on time making sure the whole process goes smooth. I was struggling with the institutes bad behaviours for a long time but when I joined excellence the amount of professionalism they have is amazing. Also Subhan made sure whenever there was a problem he guided me. I finally got my license thankyou amazing teachers of Excellence driving and subhan. Positive experience: I chose the Excellence Driving School, DSO, because it has a very good rating on Google and meets my expectations with four stars, as during my last week, a few things happened unsatisfactorily. Mr. Subhan is an excellent guide, from file opening to creating schedules for classes and tests. Even though during my last week he was not in Dubai and was not able to reply quickly, he messaged me and helped me. Mr. Umer from Al Qusais is really excellent teacher, he taught me those things which I was uncomfortable and unexperienced, especially parking methods. He heard my concerns and taught me everything. He is calm and understandable. Lastly, Mr. Zeesahan from DSO is an experienced instructor with all the knowledge. He taught me to drive confidently, however, I told him to focus on my poor parking skills, but he mentioned that RTA will not fail you because of parking. He focused on more driving skills. I am giving four stars as in last week there was a huge misunderstanding with me, Mr. Zeeshan and one external sales person from EDC. The sales guy told me that EDC, DSO provide pick up from academic cities, but Mr. Zeeshan said pick up is not available. There was much misunderstanding. However, I saw many reviews where people were commenting that they got picked up. Also, a few people got discounts, however, I did not, even though I had a golden chance. Overall, it was a good experience, and ultimately, after three tries, lot of travel from Silicon to Al Qusais via the EDC bus, I got my driving license.

Fantastic experience: I obtained my driving license on the first attempt and in less than a month thanks to Excellence Driving School in Dubai. I enrolled at the Dubai Silicon Oasis branch, where Subhan, the branch manager, assisted me with opening my file, booking classes, and scheduling the test. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Since I had over ten years of driving experience in my home country, I opted for the Golden Chance program, which required only one theory test and one final RTA road test, with no need for theory or practical classes or smart parking. The total cost was around 2000 AED, including a complimentary one-hour practical training session, which is optional. After researching other schools, I found that EDS offered the best Golden Chance package. I had my one-hour training with Mr. Ahmed, who advised me to book my test at the Al Quoz branch, which is a new branch located in an easier road test area with no roundabouts or tricky situations, also he suggested I get 1 more practical lesson in the test location (Al qouz) to be familiar with the roads and test location. I highly recommend Excellence Driving School, especially their Golden Chance program for those eligible (with a valid driving license from eligible countries).
