Positive experience: I had a very pleasant experience with my instructors: Ahmed Mohamed Hassan, he was the reason why I was able to pass my final from the first time! I also had the pleasure to have Osama Mohammad Bakry and Bahaa Mohamed to guide me as a first time driver! They are all really passionate at what they do and want you to excel at your driving exams!

Negative experience: I would give it negative stars if I had the chance. Most instructors are bad, they don’t have an effective shuttle service so going for every class to Al quoz costs a lot of money, they conduct parking tests only in the evening when the lines are not visible properly, they are far from the equity metro station and cabs are not available in the evening, and scheduling the next class or test takes forever at night because only very few staff personnel remain in the late evening. It’s messed up and I would not recommend these

Negative experience: Just started and ready for the first initial assessment, instructor telling me I will pass, after exam examiner MOHIDEEN not giving clear instructions and failing me into every single error from the test without any reason. Stating “in case of critical situation you have to do this” which nothing happened because he was only creating scenarios at the end of the exam without any reason. Do NOT take any exam with this examiner, he wants you to fail and he will deceive from reality. If unfortunately you’re taking classes at this school because you already paid ask the name of the examiner and DON’T ACCEPT ANY APPOINTMENT TEST WITH MOHIDEEN.

Negative experience: Since the training began in this school, things were going well during the training period until we reached the first internal exam in the school, and here the suffering began with repeated failure due to taking money from the students under unrealistic pretexts, but this was the approach, and the evidence is that the trainer gives a description of very good driving, and the examiner gives a completely different description, and this caused a bad psychological state that led to going to the hospital due to the examiner’s treatment of my wife in a very bad way. Up until now, we have had three failures. Is it reasonable that she does not drive correctly? This is a lie, and I will not accept that. I will escalate the issue due to my wife’s psychological collapse from repeated failures and paying money without a convincing reason.

Every instructor teaches new driving rules!n I have done more than 24hrs already meanwhile my sister passed from first attempt only in EDI. Negative experience: This is the worst experience that I have had. After I have done the initial payment to open my file there is literally no help from the sales person. Before going ahead the sales person was very supportive once the payment was done there is nothin. Also I called them a couple of times for different issues, even they were not able to provide 100% accurate solution. Really regretting my decision to go with galaDari.

Negative experience: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Save yourself time & money and use a different driving school. Zero organisation amongst staff and worst of all staff are super unhelpful. Takes twice as long as it should because of slow staff and bad booking systems. Also I booked a test and was called 30 mins late- unacceptable after being asked to arrive 30 minutes before time slot. Only use this school if you have time and money to waste. Multiple promised callbacks and no one ever calls. The absolute worst.

Fantastic experience: Galadari Driving Center is the best when it comes to learning how to drive, with a well-organized curriculum that really prepares you for the road. Shabnam VIP instructor, is amazing; her teaching methods are effective and supportive, making sure you're fully prepared. With her help, passing the RTA test on the first try was easy.

Negative experience: The customer service is horrible, when I went to do the theory test the employee was rude and didn't care much, when I booked my driving classes I payed for the pick up service and one day I had a class at 7 instead of my usual timing and I literally had to call 4 times to get someone to arrange the pick up for me... and when I got to the school MY INSTRUCTOR DIDN'T SHOW UP!! Super unprofessional, not to mention that I had another instructor that didn't point out a lot of mistakes that I was doing that would make me fail the exam, it felt like he was doing it on purpose!!! And now they're making me pay EXTRA just because I took longer than my file opening when it's not my fault I got super busy the past week... I wouldn't recommend this school to anyone and please do your research before the file opening

Negative experience: I had a very negative experience from the very start. Took ages to receive access to e-learning - no one could properly explain what’s going on and send the access. Finally when I got access to e-learning, the quizzes there do not work (images aren’t being displayed when the questions are about what’s represented in the image). I reported the problem and was promised to get a call back in 24h. Of course, no one called me. I had to call and send WhatsApp messages to support every day (wasted a lot of time, money on calls and recourses). Negative experience: Very bad customer service and not organized, they don’t make rules clear worst school in Dubai don’t recommend. No one is bothered to assist you either in the call center or their in the office the least that you will wait is an hour and classes are always not available as well as test. Very bad experience

Positive experience: The registration office is a fish market. Loads of noise and sales people fighting over each other to get you to come to their counter. Fortunately I ended up in the counter of Maryam and Tarek, who were very professional and did our registration for VIP package smoothly. Galadari team, please kindly fix the team. If not for Mariam and Tarek, I would have left the branch immediately.

Negative experience: Be very careful going to this school and especially that lump sum package.They are very unreliable when it comes to booking sessions, I was frustrated throughout my parking lessons and now I am still getting frustrated booking highway classes. You will be made to wait 24 hours and still NOBODY calls. Even the other GMDC offices need approval to book mandatory classes. When you call customer care they just tell you to wait another 24 hours. It’s just ridiculous and this isn’t even the first time I have raised this issue.

Negative experience: Don’t go to these scammers they will keep failing you on internal tests until they make enough money out of you the instructor teaches you different rules and then during the test the inspector tells you different rules and fails you on them and when you confront them they keep changing the words he gave me different reason of failing and gave my mother different reason and both were senseless we couldn’t even complain cause all of them are in it together so no matter whom you discuss with they won’t help and keep rotating you around better go to Belhasa they are expensive but won’t discourage you and fail you to make money will directly charge you higher better pay directly then in this dodgy way and get discouraged and lose confidence

Negative experience: WORST SCHOOL EVER... THEY ARE FRAUD.. NO PROPER PROCESS.. NO PROPER CUSTOMER CARE.. INTERNAL COMMUNICATION IS WORST... DON'T TAKE ADMISSION HERE... WASTE OF MONEY.. I have enrolled and already wasted my hard earned money more than 10000 aed. the customer service lady HIRA she told me to enroll in "4,800" pakage (dont remember the price exact). she told me its waste of money if I go for lumsum package. I failed as am fresher then I was paying for classes and going for assessment and again failing paying it keept ongoing then on september 2023 my last test i decided to enroll in lumsum i spoke to lady in customer service in Al quasis - she told me that Jeff is not there she is taking the request on his behalf I explained everything to her and She told me that it will be done in 2 working days to lumsum.. Again i awaited for 2 weeks for update i didnt get any update i have called the customer service then jeff called me then he said now am processing it will be done in few days.. then I waited for more one month i gave a call back to customer service they told me its not done yet then i told them i dont want lumsum i just want NOC and Clearance letter then after 2-3 days i got message that Its upgraded to lumsum. Last saturday I went to Al quoz GMDC they are not ready to give me NOC and Clearance letter they are telling me to pay 7800 for lumsum and some amount for cancellation then they will give me NOC and Clearnace letter.. Then one manager (lady) she came i explained her everything told her to listen to call recording - then she told me that they will email GMDC al quasis for my cancellation and the guy in Room no 7 and counter 18 he was making fun and said me all the best for your process (in that sense they wont let me have the NOC and Clearance letter and make me pay more ). Today again I called the customer service I got to know they have not sent any email and no process is done yet.. she told me that she will raise my compliant.. that's it.. IT IS WORST CLASS.. NEVER ENROLL HERE.. I am struggling more than 1 YEAR.. REGRETTING JOINING GMDC.. WORST CLASS.. NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL..

Так как, якобы я опоздал на урок по вождению на 27 мин, притом когда я не опаздывал, все экзамены до этого прошел гладко без провалов. Хотя бы заранее предупредили бы! Negative experience: Worst Worst School Ever. Every instructor they provide for classes has worst attitude. They don't give you classes and test on proper time. Will never recommend anyone this school otherwise your life is going to be in serious trouble.

Negative experience: Terrible experience I ever had. I do not recommend this school! You just gonna lose a lot of time. They do "discounts" but you will spend a lot more money than other schools. They never answer phone, never have available Splots, Not very good instructors who behave negligently. Unfortunately, that's only a few things what I mention here...Very disappointed I inform to everyone dont waist your time in this they dont have enough staff and cars once you fail or you book practical classes even you paying they put 1 or 2 months later worst services

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing time with Galadari School. I would like to thank first of all Mr.Tarek (customer service supervisor) for his support in my journey to taking my driving license. Fantastic experience: I went to Galadari Driving School in Al Quoz, asking to get my license as soon as possible. As I was part of the VIP program Zakir was my driving instructor. He was very keen, giving me two hour lessons everyday, he was patient and would help you improve quickly as a driver. He would also use demonstration, sending you videos to help with parking as well as visual drawings he would do in front of you to help you understand and remember the corrections better. Not only was he great at helping you improve he also made you feel comfortable and confident while driving, which was very important to me. I came with no driving experience at all and with his helped managed to get my license in 3 weeks. Would definitely recommend asking for him as your instructor if you take the VIP course!!

Fantastic experience: Normally o don’t write the reviews that often but one of the incident made me to write a review for GMDS. I had some concern in related to our commitments with GMDS where some responses were not appropriate from the concern person, However, I have raise the concern to their customer care and second day I started to receive a call to understand the issue and how to make it right. Long story short they have anticipated with the issue and gave me a time to explain the situation and thank fully it was taken care in professional way. I would like to give big shout out to some staff at Al Quoze center, to start with Mr. Fahiz, he took the issue seriously and helped me to reach out to concern people within the organization which followed with his line Manager Ms. Rukshona and Branch manager Ms. Ayesha. Thanks a lot for giving me your time and getting things solved and expecting the smooth co-operation till the whole licensing proses finishes. Not to forget Supervisor Mr. Imran, he was helpful and hospitable to make you comfortable and he encourages in such a manner so that you don’t get nervous during your classes. So far good service and hoping for the same till the end.

Negative experience: Wasting time, if you have time then this school is okay. Never expect as soon as you can finish. here continue booking or shortest dates is not available, always available after 10 - 15 days only. also never believe what the sales team offers. (Near al Khail mall) their 75% laying after joining they are taking first their charges and after not supporting, even phone calls also not attending. so be aware of them. they're not fulfilling single commitments. don't think only one day they're standing there to give offers. every day different person u can see there and if ask they will blame us only.

A huge shoutout to Jesmith for helping me with this process. He was extremely responsive with all my requests w.r.t scheduling and assigning me instructors for practice and also with follow-ups. I cleared my test on the first attempt. I highly recommend this driving school

He is very polite and helpful during my classes and after classes whenever I try to reach out to him, he is always willing to help and give me advices. The staff in IBN Batuta Mall Mr. Richard also assisted me from the beginning until I finished and passed my exam. He is very helpful and good guy.
