More than just focusing on helping me to pass the road test, he taught me how to drive confidently and how to be a safe driver. To Mohammed Riaz of JVC branch, He is my first instructor and he is very respectful and decent. I feel safe and confident in my driving classes. He is always attentive and makes sure that I understand how to assess the road hazards and act according to road situation. Farhan was guiding me throughout the overall process, making it comprehensive and straight forward on how to successfully pass all the assessments. Moreover, his tailored teaching approach really helped me to identify areas I personally need to improve in order to enhance my driving skills. Fantastic experience: After lot of attempts finally I got my DL.. Thanks to all my instructors who helped me, especially Arshad Kamal from Al barsha branch and Mohammed Najmaldon from Al quiz(Al ameed mall branch). Mohammed is a wonderful instructor who helped me a lot in my DL license journey. For all the students who are out there...don't expect to get your license immediately after you join the school...this may take from 3 months to up to you... especially if you are on regular package the duration of dL journey will be longer than unlimited package..One of the main issue I faced here is the classes availability issue...I have to wait minimum 3 weeks to book for any classes...And luck is factor in RTA road test...if you are lucky enough, you will get a cool examiner who won't stress you..so yeah luck is a big factor here... Good luck people..

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience learning to drive at Excellence Driving School, and I owe it all to my knowledgeable trainer, Arshad Kamal, at the Al Barsha branch. He was outstanding in his role, paying close attention to detail during our lessons. He did everything possible to ensure I understood and adhered to all the rules and regulations necessary to pass the exam. He makes the driving easy! I received parking lessons from Naveed Rehman at Al Qouz. He remained calm throughout the training, even in the face of my many mistakes. Finally, I took a few hours of training with Ati Ur Raheem at the Al Ameed Mall center, and his parking tips were astonishingly effective. Though, booking classes were bit of challenge, and you might have to wait 1-2 week to get a suitable slot, if you are a working professional. So school will have to hire more trainers to manage the students expectations and timely classes.

Negative experience: The worst driving school in Dubai. Classes are always late, and they do not pass students on the assessment test. Even after eight attempts, I still haven't passed. I do not recommend this school to any of my friends; it is a waste of money and time

All cars are new and clean and call center is very easy to reach. The only difficulty for me was to book a class or test sometimes due to lack of available slots. Fantastic experience: If you're going for a driver's license in the Al Barsha area, I recommend the Excellence Driving Institute. Instructor Mr. Arshad Kamal is one of the best. All his classes are informative and provides all the necessary guidelines and support to help you pass the test. Additionally, all the other instructors at the institute are also really good.

One thing I like about Excellence Driving is they make sure you are ready before you can proceed to the next stage. Even though it took me quite a while, I was already confident during my RTA final road test and passed in one take. Fantastic experience: I just have to share about my amazing driving instructor, Mr. Arshad Kamal from the Al Barsha branch. He's not just good, he's the best! Arshad taught me everything I needed to know about driving, from the basics like how to sit properly in the driver's seat to the important stuff like watching out for dangers on the road. What makes Arshad so special is his attention to detail. He doesn't miss a thing! He made sure I understood all the important points about driving safely. Thanks to him, I passed all my tests on the first try! I owe him a big thanks. I'd tell anyone looking for driving lessons to go straight to Arshad Kamal. He's not just a great teacher; he's also become a friend. Learning with him was fun and easy. I'm so grateful for everything he's done for me. Thank you, Arshad Kamal, for being such an awesome instructor!

Negative experience: The worst school EVER I can’t even imagine where to start.. it doesn’t deserve one star either First Tariq the driver did not wait one minute to pick me up and he cost me a taxi to reach to the TEST and the taxis was so hard to find in the morning , adding that their phones are turned off whenever you call them I don’t understand why they are having them in the first place. Second of all, Really, really, REALLY! bad customer service and unprofessional the call center has failed drastically in real time, they tell you one thing and another staff tells you something else there’s no accuracy in taking any right information, also one of the staff in Jumeirah branch i was asking him a question and he was answering rudely with straight face like i work for him #failure I was also taking one class in Al Qouz Branch and guess what happened, the instructor got FINED!! by the POLICE (RTA) due to standing in the middle of the road while talking to someone else stalling the class asking him why you are walking in the middle of the road! Instructor Julies also when i was with him taking a class he was silent all the time he barely spoke a word, #failure Adding that their time slots for pick ups is one of the stupidest thing you can ever see, i had a class at 6:00PM and their last slot is at 2:30PM I don’t know how what they’re thinking disrespecting the people’s time. I really encourage their management to improve and check all the staff work and RE-DO a training for ALL their customer service STAFF and SOME of their instructors as the school will fail in the coming years. Final Note: Special thanks to the RTA examiners who was with me in the RTA Parking test and Road test they were really amazing.

Positive experience: Overall experience was good. I would like to give my special thanks to Arshad kamal from Al Barsha branch as after his training i cleared my final RTA test. He was very polite helpful and understanding instructor throughout the process. The way he instructed me has helped me a lot to clear my RTA final road test. Thanks again.

Positive experience: I gave four stars for the scheduling of classes, especially when the flood happened. I was delayed a long time because of the unavailability of open slots. That was frustrating. However, my instructor Mr. Farhan, whom i took almost all my classes with him, deserves 10 stars. His teaching techniques made it easy to learn and adapt to driving laws here. Totally recommend booking your sessions with him. God bless

Fantastic experience: What is common between searching for a needle in a hay stack and clearing your RTA road test? The same! A skilled approach and more skillful teacher to show you where to look! A driving school is made what it is by it’s instructors and I have had the good fortune to be trained by the best! Apart from giving golden nuggets of tips and tricks, Arshad Kamal from the Al Barsha branch has a fantastic knack of making driving seamlessly simple and a mastery to simplify complicated driving maneuvers to steps that anyone can accomplish. Highly recommend this school because of a few fantastic instructors like him!
