Negative experience: I don’t even want to give one star, they are so unprofessional no break time is mentioned and I almost waited 1 hour for booking further classes, They don’t train you well enough and don’t even pay much attention. One of the teacher was so pathetic and my two classes got waste because of him I got failed twice and just paying them money again and again I REGRET MY DECISION for selecting galadari. Please if anyone knows can I switch my school so I can pass my test this time. PLUSSSSS on their name other people are selling packages are they are not even taking action against them just telling there customers to beware in future is this a joke to you guys ?? I have lost my 800 aed to do those scammers and now they are just charging me money.

Fantastic experience: there's a filipino woman called Mrs Jannah she helped me in booking classes, tests, car lift to caladari shes very helpful and nice

Negative experience: I did the school exam and I failed when the instructor said the notes I told him I did look at the mirror then his answer was maybe I didn’t not see you !! I did zero major mistakes but he just started saying that I did !! I will absolutely change the school because I did not feel that it’s fair to tell me that maybe I did not see !!

Negative experience: I was deceived by an agent who orchestrated a scam, and upon further investigation, it seems that several of their employees are complicit in the operation. Their involvement suggests that the scheme is more organized and widespread than initially thought.

Negative experience: The worst driving school in the UAE. I do not advise anyone to register in this school, especially the Silicon Branch unprofessional customer service They do not answer calls. I have called more than 40 times and no one responds. They give appointments very far away and there is no consideration for personal matters. Im very much regret registering in this school. Even one star is too many for them.

Negative experience: Very bad experience with galadari unprofessional customer service they don’t have integrity at all first when you are asking to open file they will be very nice when start they will not answers your phone calls at all they told me at the beginning 3 weeks will finish your driving license and the when you start booking for classes they will arrange appointments after 1 month to start your first training classes I advise people don’t go to this school at all

Fantastic experience: Mohamed Abdelaziz(469) is the most trustworthy and kind-hearted instructor out of all branches, and he will make sure that you actually enjoy and learn from your classes.

Negative experience: Extremely stressful to do the booking! I have availed lumpsump unlimited package and now after almost a year, they are telling me to pay for absentees on my classes. Everyone, do not avail any packages from galadari. VERY VERY STRESSFUL!

Negative experience: The worst driving institute in UAE. They give alot of sweet promises before registration and making payment. You end up with a nightmare. Dont allow them to deceive you with fake promotions and discount. Strongly not recommended.

He is a patient and understanding teacher who taught me how to become a safe and responsible driver. On top of his expert training, he guided me towards how to pass the final RTA that I passed first try. Mr Mohamed Abdelaziz is an extremely kind and helpful instructor and I can not recommend his training enough

Negative experience: The worst driving center in UAE. Starting from opening the file with no clarity of procedures and hidden charges pups up whenever, no one answer the calls and bad customer service. The theory lesson through thier weak & very old version with no updates of the website. It will take you forever to finish a lesson, and that's a big delay, you will be shocked when you start receiving RTA asking you to renewe your file in 3 months validity,, and you have to pay again ( at the regestration time they told us the file will be open and mentioned the one year validity). the trainer will assign you for road assessment according his says( you are a good driver) (you can do control) ( for sure you were driving before!) fake!!!!!!! facking the words for giving the student a false self confedence without enough training and pushing to have the exams as it's assigned for the student!!!! ( something is not clear thier) , and the worst that the trainer push you saying that you are driving perfect from the third session.... Hellooooooo...!?!?! How come!!!! Then you fail the exam and they will let you feel it's your fault!!!! Excuse me!!!! Again I am saying not enough training ( 3 lessons and they push you with a program of 2 huor per lesson, where he is taking you all the same area and you will get no more experience with just passing the time in rounds at the same area, thier are no proper trainers and no honesty with the clients) Galadary... You should consider some auditors and work hard on your customer service sector. Sreets needs no more unexperienced drivers .

Fantastic experience: Recently completed my first driving assessment and wanted to put in a good review for Mr Fazal. He made me feel comfortable, and provided me with a high level of competence behind the wheel.

Fantastic experience: I signed up to GMDC after a recommendation from a colleague. The cars were new and very well maintained. The instructors (for the most part) were patient and provided really useful guidance. The thing that impressed me the most however, was the customer service. A big thank you to Khayam Farhat who was available to assist with bookings and general queries. Khayam went out of his way to make sure classes and tests were scheduled in a way that accommodated my own schedule. A friendly gentleman who goes above and beyond. Overall, I would recommend GMDC based on my own experience.

Negative experience: Galadari is the biggest scam I encountered in my life. I got stuck with them for so long and spent a lot of money for nothing. Their examiners are a joke, they will fail you for no reason so you have to take more classes and they can keep stealing your money. Some instructors are so rude and won’t teach you anything at all, just waste your time. I transferred my file to Bin Yaber and I got my license very fast. Please save your money and headaches and don’t go to Galadari. I just must mention my instructor, Mr. Fazal Maeen was AMAZING. Very professional and taught me to drive very well. I need to mention this because I don’t want to be unfair to him. Everything else in this school was absolutely terrible.

Negative experience: One of the worst driving institutes I have ever seen. The information being provided is all half or wrong. Joined an unlimited and now hearing new process, procedure. Getting surprised every day. Don’t join this place cause it’s cheap… it’s a trap….

Fantastic experience: In souq extra silicon Oasis Ms. Janna is a excellent customer service executive, she is prompt and giving best advice to get the driving license and best part is she answered my each and every call if she had other customers in front of her she call back afterwards. All I can say she is one of the best employee of Galadari customer service.

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service by Ms. Krisha and Ms. Jannah and to the driving instructor's of GMDC, Silicon Oasis Branch. Especially to Ms. Krisha and even Ms. Jannah for helping me in scheduling my classes throughout my entire training course. She's open in giving suggestions which can make our life easier when it comes to our driving schedules. She calls back as what she promised unlike if I am requesting schedule from call centre. Fantastic experience: Alhamdulilah I passed my driving assessment today(21 march 2023)and all the credit goes to driving instructor Mr.Amir nawaz who was extremely polite to me and is really good at his work. I recommend that you take lessons from him and you will surely pass.

Fantastic experience: I registered with GMDC, Silicon Oasis branch for UAE driving licence in Jan 2023. The experience was extremely smooth, great customer service by Jannah at the branch and I had an amazing driving instructor, Amir Nawaz. Everyone were really kind and helpful. I got my licence today 2-Mar-2023, in my very first attempt! Overall a great experience and I highly recommend GMDC and the instructor Amir Nawaz!

Fantastic experience: I took beginner classes at Galadari and my first instructor was Fazal Maeen from DSO branch. He has been fantastic and I had a wonderful learning experience. I also got to learn with Zohaib Parvaiz from Qusais/Al Nahda branch and he was so patient and a detailed instructor. I highly recommend both these instructors! I got my driver's license and passed the RTA tests in the first attempt. It wouldn't be possible without their guidance and lessons. Thank you!

Negative experience: The only good thing about choosing GMDC was the instructor - Mr Fazal Maeen. He is so focused and highly qualified. He ensures that you will drive confident . Always picks you on time and very approachable person. I would like to give 5/5 rating for him. Otherwise choosing GMDC was the biggest mistake I did, alot of disappointing incidents and too much delay in everything.

Negative experience: The worst customer service and worst Galadari branch (Silicon Oasis). My permit was expiring June 25, 2022 and I went to this branch to renew it on June 24, 2022. I paid the renewal, paid for new required class and test but no one from the institute updated me that the permit was renewed already. I was told to wait for them and RTA to renew my permit I waited from June until August 12, 2022 only to find out that the permit was renewed already and is going to expire on September 25, 2022. The permit is renewable with payment, before you can attend your class you have to renew your expiring permit until you are not done with all your class. I paid for 3 months permit but yet I was only given the time to use the permit for less than a month and I still have lots of class to attend to, less than a month won't finish it and so I have to pay the school again to renew the permit. They arrange class for me which is end of the month of August which is very very late and near to the expiration of my permit. The school itself in general gives you very late classes always no available slot they always give your next class schedule after 3 weeks pass. The customer service in Silicon Oasis is very unprofessional. Worst person you can put in front of your company to deal with your customers. No right manners and conduct. I don't believe the guy sitting in your office should not be working in front office.

Negative experience: The worst school ever in Uae Dubai Silicon Oasis branch have the worst customer service ever. The guy name Oun Mohamed doesn’t even know how to talk to a customer. He never attends the call. I always tried making 20 calls to reach them. On the other side they are looting people by telling them that they have offers on classes but they won’t let them get license in the first try. They are making them fail so they can earn more money. I had an experience with this guy who sits in this branch, he is not professional at all not even have manners to talk to anyone. He shouts on people if someone ask him questions about anything. I felt this guy is not working happily with this school. I made a complaint about him and there was no response from them. So i am writing my overall experience here so the people would know that this school doesn’t deserve us. They should know that this school runs bcoz of customers. I would never recommend this institute to even my enemy. Shame on the management and their staff who misbehave with people !!!

Fantastic experience: Don’t go with the reviews and what people talk about. Yes, It’s a little lengthy process and the school trains you and gives you repeated classes and test so that we become expert in real life driving. I got my license in 5months but the process went really smooth I trained with Mr. Faheed Khan and i must say he has been really professional and supportive throughout my learning. He helped me gain confidence and motivated me till i got my license. Galadari should have more and more trainers like him. I wish him all the best for his career and may he continue with the same zeal.

Negative experience: This has been the absolute worst experience i’ve ever had with a company before. I started in July and until now (November), I still have not received my license due to their unprofessionalism. Firstly, they are so unbelievably unprofessional and rude. Every time I used to enter the office the man there would always be on the phone chatting with God-Knows-Who making me wait 15 minutes. What’s surprising is that they never EVER used to answer the phone when I tried to call them, and it looks like I’m not the only who has experienced this if you look at other reviews. My friends who have registered in other driving institutions have finished their license at a very reasonable time whereas, I have been doing my license for almost 4 months and yet have not even received it! How absurd! On top of this, it has never been more obvious that they love to make their customers pay. They only contact you when you have a payment to make, but when you have an inquiry to make they never ANSWER YOU! I have wasted so much money on a company that is so unethical with rude and unprofessional staff. This has been the worst experience of my life and I just wish I listened to my friends who told me to not register at Galadari since they have a bad reputation. I could have saved so much money and spent it on a better institution. Whoever is reading this, do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with this institution. They don’t deserve neither your time nor your money.
