Negative experience: Have to say the experience with this branch has been very negative. We waited one full week for my son to start his classes on Saturday July 5 because they were fully booked only to get a call on Friday evening one day before telling us the appointment will be cancelled because the driver is sick. Not sending another driver to replace the sick one or reschedule… now after many attempts to call them , we are told classes will start on the 7th. Wish we worked with another Driving Company. I hope the management will see these reviews and do something about it to improve their service.

Negative experience: Honestly worst branch, worst customer service, worst instructors. Failed me 6 times and everytime I take the test I figure out a new rule that the instructor missed to mention. Not mention the pathetic service they provide to book a single class, I have to wait 24 hours and then they ring me once and that’s it if I missed it since they call at the most inconvenient times I have to wait another 2 days or even a week until they call again. Worst cant wait to be done with them

Negative experience: I don’t even want to give one star, they are so unprofessional no break time is mentioned and I almost waited 1 hour for booking further classes, They don’t train you well enough and don’t even pay much attention. One of the teacher was so pathetic and my two classes got waste because of him I got failed twice and just paying them money again and again I REGRET MY DECISION for selecting galadari. Please if anyone knows can I switch my school so I can pass my test this time. PLUSSSSS on their name other people are selling packages are they are not even taking action against them just telling there customers to beware in future is this a joke to you guys ?? I have lost my 800 aed to do those scammers and now they are just charging me money.

Negative experience: I did the school exam and I failed when the instructor said the notes I told him I did look at the mirror then his answer was maybe I didn’t not see you !! Negative experience: The worst driving school in the UAE. I do not advise anyone to register in this school, especially the Silicon Branch unprofessional customer service They do not answer calls. I have called more than 40 times and no one responds. They give appointments very far away and there is no consideration for personal matters. Im very much regret registering in this school. Even one star is too many for them.

Negative experience: Extremely stressful to do the booking! I have availed lumpsump unlimited package and now after almost a year, they are telling me to pay for absentees on my classes. Everyone, do not avail any packages from galadari. VERY VERY STRESSFUL!

Fantastic experience: Best experience. Mr Mohamed Abdelaziz is the best instructor I could have asked for. He is a patient and understanding teacher who taught me how to become a safe and responsible driver. On top of his expert training, he guided me towards how to pass the final RTA that I passed first try. Mr Mohamed Abdelaziz is an extremely kind and helpful instructor and I can not recommend his training enough

Negative experience: The worst driving center in UAE. Starting from opening the file with no clarity of procedures and hidden charges pups up whenever, no one answer the calls and bad customer service. The theory lesson through thier weak & very old version with no updates of the website. It will take you forever to finish a lesson, and that's a big delay, you will be shocked when you start receiving RTA asking you to renewe your file in 3 months validity,, and you have to pay again ( at the regestration time they told us the file will be open and mentioned the one year validity). the trainer will assign you for road assessment according his says( you are a good driver) (you can do control) ( for sure you were driving before!) fake!!!!!!! facking the words for giving the student a false self confedence without enough training and pushing to have the exams as it's assigned for the student!!!! ( something is not clear thier) , and the worst that the trainer push you saying that you are driving perfect from the third session.... Hellooooooo...!?!?! How come!!!! Then you fail the exam and they will let you feel it's your fault!!!! Excuse me!!!! Again I am saying not enough training ( 3 lessons and they push you with a program of 2 huor per lesson, where he is taking you all the same area and you will get no more experience with just passing the time in rounds at the same area, thier are no proper trainers and no honesty with the clients) Galadary... You should consider some auditors and work hard on your customer service sector. Sreets needs no more unexperienced drivers .

Fantastic experience: I signed up to GMDC after a recommendation from a colleague. The cars were new and very well maintained. The instructors (for the most part) were patient and provided really useful guidance. The thing that impressed me the most however, was the customer service. A big thank you to Khayam Farhat who was available to assist with bookings and general queries. Khayam went out of his way to make sure classes and tests were scheduled in a way that accommodated my own schedule. A friendly gentleman who goes above and beyond. Overall, I would recommend GMDC based on my own experience.

Negative experience: Galadari is the biggest scam I encountered in my life. I got stuck with them for so long and spent a lot of money for nothing. Their examiners are a joke, they will fail you for no reason so you have to take more classes and they can keep stealing your money. Some instructors are so rude and won’t teach you anything at all, just waste your time. I transferred my file to Bin Yaber and I got my license very fast. Please save your money and headaches and don’t go to Galadari. I just must mention my instructor, Mr. Fazal Maeen was AMAZING. Very professional and taught me to drive very well. I need to mention this because I don’t want to be unfair to him. Everything else in this school was absolutely terrible.

Negative experience: One of the worst driving institutes I have ever seen. The information being provided is all half or wrong. Joined an unlimited and now hearing new process, procedure. Getting surprised every day. Don’t join this place cause it’s cheap… it’s a trap….

Fantastic experience: In souq extra silicon Oasis Ms. Janna is a excellent customer service executive, she is prompt and giving best advice to get the driving license and best part is she answered my each and every call if she had other customers in front of her she call back afterwards. Fantastic experience: I registered with GMDC, Silicon Oasis branch for UAE driving licence in Jan 2023. The experience was extremely smooth, great customer service by Jannah at the branch and I had an amazing driving instructor, Amir Nawaz. Everyone were really kind and helpful. I got my licence today 2-Mar-2023, in my very first attempt! Overall a great experience and I highly recommend GMDC and the instructor Amir Nawaz!

Fantastic experience: I took beginner classes at Galadari and my first instructor was Fazal Maeen from DSO branch. He has been fantastic and I had a wonderful learning experience. I also got to learn with Zohaib Parvaiz from Qusais/Al Nahda branch and he was so patient and a detailed instructor. I highly recommend both these instructors! I got my driver's license and passed the RTA tests in the first attempt. It wouldn't be possible without their guidance and lessons. Thank you!

Negative experience: The only good thing about choosing GMDC was the instructor - Mr Fazal Maeen. He is so focused and highly qualified. He ensures that you will drive confident . Always picks you on time and very approachable person. I would like to give 5/5 rating for him. Otherwise choosing GMDC was the biggest mistake I did, alot of disappointing incidents and too much delay in everything.
