Fantastic experience: The best receptionists, and friendly staff and for sure the best instructor Jusna. Too patient, great teaching and provides easy-to-understand directions. During the classes you feel very comfortable with Jusna. She teaches you how to be confident behind the wheel. And knows where are the weak points on the road and assist you to overcome it by guiding. In my opinion it’s the best place and I will for sure recommend the place and to choose Jusna as their instructor!

Positive experience: So, I just wrapped up my driving lessons at Sweden Driving Institute, and gotta say, it was mostly a good vibe. Mr. Jaison, my instructor, was top-notch – super friendly, always on time, and taught me really well. Big ups to him! The office crew also held it down, sorting out my schedule to match my hustle and even helping me move up my test date. But yo, I gotta knock off one star 'cause sometimes they ghosted on the phone, and their communication game needs work. Still, overall, I'd say Sweden Driving Institute is worth checking out for their solid instructors and helpful office team. Thanks a bunch, Team!

Fantastic experience: I had a bad experience in your driving institute. I took VIP test for light vehicle and paid more than 4000.00 dirham, they given schedule for 35 class, but I got only 15 class. Every day only 30 minutes. And the instructor attitude is very bad. He is not giving proper training , always in mobile phone and smoking in training time. Office give me schedule time 2.00 clock but I get every day training after 4 or 3 pm. Third day I come to office and inform I need to change instructor not giving training on time and not giving full classes. they informed no problem it will solve, but not get any result. I respecting the teaching institute that is the only reason I delay in complain, but I fail in the first road test only the reason I not get any training from your institute. With all respect I informing the instructor is very bad behavior, need to take proper action.

Fantastic experience: At first i don’t preferred this school because as i read all the reviews, mostly it was negative feedbacks. But then, by allah will my chance to open my driving file was ending up on this school subhan allah and my expectation was not the same as i experience. From receptionist to the management they are so humbled people. And to my trainor joshna, I learn a lot from her she handle me with care and patience.

Negative experience: This school is not good only getting money and not help with costomer

Negative experience: The receptionist is lazy and unprofessional.. When we enter to the office she didn't bother to approach, we don't even know that she is working there as she is gossiping with other girl..How do we know that she is the receptionist.?She let us standing and waiting..we only knew when she came to the reception table...poor customer service.. Doesn't give proper information and when we ask her to give us the payment slip or information paper she only gave hand written small piece of paper..becuase as she say she doesn't have it... The office is very dirty and nasty..
