Negative experience: Eco drive lied to me, took my money, and then completely stopped responding to my inquiries. Every time I call, they make empty promises to get back to me but never do and speak to you rudely!!!! They said you will take your classes and tests in Deira then when i booked they said you should take your test in Jabal Ali!!! To make matters worse, when I finally managed to speak with an employee, he rudely cut the call! This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. It’s clear they have no respect for their customers or the commitments they make but taking your money and lying!

Negative experience: Very very very very bad service They promised me that all my classes will be in Business Bay Area, they I find my self going to Jabal Ali, and when I asked to cancel my submission they didn’t refund my money. I wanted to go to another center they didn’t release my NOC. Please do not trust this center , 0 professionalisme 0 experience. I don’t know what they are doing in the market They don’t deserve even this 1 star review.

Negative experience: للاسف اني صدقت يخصمو علي 1067 درهم وانا دافع 2200 درهم تحويل لحساب الشركه عن طريق مندوبه لهم لارحتةولا وصلت ولا ولا ولا إنما خلاصلان الفعل غير الكلام للاسف فتح الملف معروف ليش الخصم مني مبلغ 1067 ليه ومسافه ساعتين لوصلت الموقع بجبل علي ورجعت ساعه ونص وانتظار 3 ساعات ليه كفى لااحد يجامل ابد

Fantastic experience: One of the top schools, known for its exceptional instructors and outstanding facilities., test department staff Mr Khaled Mohammed and Mr Hamdan and Mr Ahemmad Al Harbi customer service.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with an institute in Dubai. The staff at the Discovery Garden Branch and the call center were unpleasant, although they are not responsible for calls or messages. Additionally, the instructor treated the students very poorly, almost like animals.

Fantastic experience: Overall it’s a wonderful experience with the ECO DRIVE. Staffs and instructors are amazing. Booking RTA exams were easy to book and good RTA office too.Mr.Khaled Mohammed and Mr.Hamdan and Mr.Ahmed and customer services are excellent.

Negative experience: The worse experience , the team blindly declares itself the best , unfortunately the story is really opposite .You receive the idea that the classes are available everywhere with the agent who are selling the service which is not the case in reality .You pay extra for sake of convenience and they do not provide the services which have been intended , even the pick up vehicles are not at your convenience.The location isn’t really good either as it’s in a middle of nowhere. Honestly, the experience here hasn’t been kind,each time I visit I feel like I spent more to reach there than to actually take my class .The test as well took 4 month to be scheduled which resulted in failure as well as license permit expiry .I feel miserable,I was taking Motorbike license and will discontinue immediately .Please keep in mind that the tests are always in Head office.

Negative experience: Experienced a totally unpleasant customer service experience today at Eco Drive DIC office. Got referral coupon from DCC branch of Ecodrive by referred my friend unfortunately after visiting four times today they refused to redeem it. To redeem the one coupon, waited over one hour at customer service and finally got a response from CSR that someone will call and update the actual status. Its so ridiculous that i was in Head office of eco drive and my request couldn’t complete & my quiry couldn’t respond by HO customer service department. Instead they asked me to wait for someone call and kept me in waiting for one hour for nothing. If any referrals coupons can’t be redeemed then why Eco Drive branches and distributing it to the customers and why they are convincing customers by giving false statements??

For review readers Please have a look on one ⭐ ratings. 1) last Feb 26 I completed my parking RTA test now it's April 17 still I didn't get slot for RTA road test .The main thing is every week I'm requesting for exam slot almost more than 7 times. still nothing happened. Monthly once they will give one or two classes. 2) Request for institute change that also they are didn't allowing. 3) It's too far from deira and it's near to Abu Dhabi border. I need to spend one day to go there. 4) mistakenly I choose this cheating institute. I recommend people don't join here ,waste of money & time.

Negative experience: Few days ago Dcc branch. My experience with staff Shamraiz was bad. He seemed very unprofessional and didn’t explain me properly what I need to do since my file is expired. Pls work on your customer service. Also twice I visited and both time he was on one hour break in evening.

Negative experience: No value for money. Worst school. specially Shamraze Dcc Csr disrespecting and making fun of customer.They think I don’t know Urdu but I know very well. His friend Yasir Yaqub also standing on his shoulder and saying something in his ear. Why you make process so slow ? And then behave like this .

Negative experience: Eco drive has worst service. No test booking. Transport comes late. And then Csr like Shambraze will show attitude that it’s not my problem. Anytime I go in evening he is not on desk. I want my file back.

Negative experience: I just reached my final road test. Till now I waited but I want to complain that Shamraiz at Dcc branch is pathetically unprofessional. He told me to come to branch on Wednesday although he is off on Wednesday and he already knows his off day. I took time to travel by metro and leave office early only to meet him. He was not there. Next time when I met him he acted like he doesn’t know me although he registered me. After registration he will not follow up or talk to you properly.
