My journey has been very smooth and hassle free, all thanks to Mujtaba from LuLu Branch who always helped me booking classes and arranging tests as early as possible. His prompt response to all my queries by clear information assured me that i made the right choice by opting for Galadari institute. My instructor for the initial classes Ayub was very knowledgeable and patient ensuring I was fully prepared for the driving test. I highly recommend this institute to anyone looking for a well-organised driving course.

Fantastic experience: My wife recently obtained her driving license through Galadari, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Initially, we were hesitant to choose Galadari, but everything changed when we met Mujtaba at the Lulu Branch. He offered us a great package and promised we wouldn’t regret it. In just 2 months, my wife successfully obtained her license! Mujtaba was incredibly supportive, offering classes whenever she needed them and guiding her through each step of the process. He even arranged extra classes just an hour before her initial road test, which made a huge difference. We still can’t believe she got her license so quickly, especially with the normal package – all for just 500 AED. We highly recommend Mujtaba for his dedicated customers service.

Negative experience: I mean the school has so many branches ,why commit minor tests to the main branch,I mean there is too much waiting time for access of classes and tests from the main office, and that is not right,again the learning permit expire, renewal over amd over again

Negative experience: The customer service agent Manuel is very arrogant and unprofessional, he shouts at people and has no manner of approach. I was baffled at the way he shouted at me as if I am his kid. Have never written a review in my life before, but because of the way he treated me I had to do this the first time. Galadari as a company is an excellent driving institution

Negative experience: Had very bad experience with @rta_dubai at @gmdc_gmdcuae We were 3 boys in the car for @rta_dubai road test today. It was my second time and other two boys were the second time. The boy who passed this test among us, He was a bad driver. He was driving the car very badly, he couldn’t managed to overtake, traffic was for 5 mints, the card switched off twice while he was driving and he couldn’t manage to turned right from the signal which may caused accident and at the end @rta_dubai examiner PASSED him without any trouble. Again I will ask the same examiner if there is any ways to help me with extra money so you can pass me? @rta_dubai

Negative experience: I actually dont even want to give a star due to the fact that i have a very bad experience from the very beginning. I understand the struggle of the sales people outdoor but they dont care about our grievances. I tried many times to reach out to the customer service cause they said they are available on whats app but they will not reply. I had to call them 4 people. Today i am planning to go to MOE customer service. Let see. I just dont want to pursue this application because of the mis information and very poor customer service. They will not assist you if you have a complain. You will just waste your money and time with them.

Fantastic experience: I had a highly positive experience at the Al Quoz driving center. I had my driving assessment test with Ms. Sidra. She was very kind and positive which made the test less stressful. She provided clear instructions and offered excellent explanations after passing the test. Very professional. I hope to have Ms. Sidra as my examiner for my next test!!!

Fantastic experience: Hey, I don't often write reviews but I highly appreciate the services of this school. I got classes always on time within a gap of 2 or 3 days. Faheem is an amazing man who is always cooperative and enthusiastic. He helped me a lot in arranging my classes from time to time. I would also like to give a shout-out to one of the galadari instructors "Tanveer Abbas Fida". He is an excellent teacher though he looks kind of strict, he is very experienced, and explains every bit of the rules. I passed my test on the very first try. All credit goes to him.

Even after waiting for 1 hour, your representative did not pay attention to me but treated me very badly. Then I saw all the other customers being mistreated like this. Then I opened my file in Excellence. I request you all not to go there.
