Positive experience: I learnt driving from parmjit Kaur. I am highly satisfied. She knows her job well. She is one of the expert and highly professional teachers. Highly recommended. One receptionist in ladies section was very rude.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Ms. Parm very much, she helped me improve my driving and she is very good at teaching

Negative experience: Pathetic customer service and a very slow counter and token system. They don't entertain customers even on empty counters. I had to pay my friend's classes fee and they took 30 minutes to have it done and there were only 4-5 people in the queue. I missed my Friday prayer in the process that's why giving this review.

Negative experience: My honest feedback is as follows: While the school itself is acceptable, the staff lacks professionalism. The driving instructors do not give full attention during classes, and I am unsure why. Often, they arrive late, which wastes valuable class time. Additionally, they frequently take tea breaks during lessons instead of focusing on their commitment to students. This behavior is unprofessional, especially considering the high fees we pay as customers. The overall system resembles a poorly managed local setup rather than a professional driving school. I sincerely hope the management addresses these issues to improve their services.

Negative experience: Hello All . The teachers and instructors are so good in the school with good behaviour etc. Attention here. But the school have its bussiness strategy.they pass you on 1st two test easily.But at the time of road rest they fail you again and again until they recieve a total estimate amount from you .Thanks and beaware of the school Best piece of advice If your visa issued in ummul quwein then Take NOC from company and open file in dubai,Sharjah etc with fixed driving license.

Negative experience: Unnecissarily Failing People and Charging High Prices for Silly Things! - People I know and myslef have been failed for things you should not be failed for. ("unnecessarily lane switching" - nothing was deemed wrong or unsafe, just not 'necessary') - When booking your driving test, they place it very far in the future and if you want to bring your test closer, it is more expensive depending on how soon you need it. (The sooner... The More expensive) - My test was Booked 6 months in advanced and to bring it forward it was a few hundred DHS or if i wanted it even sooner.. several hundred.... - They have you pour in so much money that by the time you realise, you're already invested so much you feel it is a pain to move elsewhere. - It is a scam, they fail you and you have to pay for more lessons. - I know people who have spent THOUSANDS on this institute and it is terrible. - Notice how reviews only talk about the instructors.... the facility is a scam - Notice how every bad review is the EXACT same complaint as this? - Also... womens waiting room was empty. I had to go into the mens and ask them to come back (this happened i think 4/5 times) I think this issue has been cleared up but honestly an embarrasing service and the good people that work there are undermimed by the poor facility. - I can confirm these issues have occured with Three Different people I know of There are only a few good instructors and the police do your test, not them. I think you have a better chance of passing if you get a policman that your instructor knows. RESPONSE: My issue is that there are facilities around the UAE that offer services and packages that you dont offer / most certainly dont disclous and you appear to be a money hungry facility. i think the 'government regulations' are nonsense and would actually like you to quote them or add link to their regulations where it states you are supposed to upscale prices for services and for the failing people for unjust reasons: how about you release a mark scheme... when i failed and when i also passed, they had a marking sheet they didnt use. THEY TICKED NOTHING BOTH WHEN I PASSED AND FAILED. even if there is one they dont leave a paper trace of using it

Negative experience: Actually I am not satisfied with this school because after spending a lot of time here they gave me a single test after about one and a half months.On the contrary, in the rest of the Emirates, the bike license is completed in one and a half months.And here they also give classes according to their own will. In this way, it will take 5 months۔If they talk about reducing the duration of the test, they say that extra charges will be applied.

Negative experience: Very bad school ! They failed me without any reason. Very very very bad experience. Every time they are giving 3 month late dates of test. And then they say, if you need early , pay more 300 aed. 3 time I paid extra for early date.
