Negative experience: I recently completed my driving course at FNDI, The instructors were very knowledgeable and created a positive learning environment. The curriculum was comprehensive and covered all the necessary skills for safe driving. However, I did experience some inconsistent customer service from the Front office staff One Pakisatan lady ,very bad customer behaviour

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my training at FNDI Fujairah and had an excellent experience. The staff are friendly and supportive especially my instructor, Bushra Ji, was exceptional. She understood the individual shortcomings of each student and tailored her teaching methods accordingly. Her patient and insightful approach made learning a pleasure. Instructors like Bushra Ji are a true asset to FNDI. Thanks to her thorough and effective training, I was well-prepared and passed my test on the first attempt.

My new instructor SARWAR UDDIN. He is very nice young and energetic instructor.He speed up my classes process and trained me well for the final road test. I passed my final road test in ist attempt. Thank you FNDI and thank you Sarwar UDDIN..

Negative experience: This is the worst driving institution ever, they deserve less than one star, the staff is always angry, very impolite towards guest especially those from other nationalities, you can only get good service if you are from some parts of Asia or the Middle East. They are always very fast to close even when there is still more than 30 minutes to go and they talk to adults as if they are yelling at their kids at home. I took the vip course and do far ive not learned anything except for a few lectures online. If anyonr is looking for a driving institution I'd recommend goi to another Emirates not ths one.
