Fantastic experience: I've have spent 7~8 months in this branch for my licence (delay was my own). My experience with the customer service, instructors and booking has been pleasant. I understand that sometimes there is a long wait between classes or a long wait for a test after classes, but I think one is expected to drive at any given moment, not immediately after learning. Overall 5 stars to the operations and customer support team! Received my licence in the first attempt! Sales team wasnt the best but manageable.

Positive experience: Yes, I managed to get my license from Bin Yaber Driving Institute. I would like to share my experience The transportation service is pathetic. If I call the school it goes to the call centre, after sharing your concerns with them all they say is that the School will call you back, which doesn't happen regularly. The gents at the Booking Desk are completely laid back, they are just not willing to help ( unless you speak to them in English and stand your ground) I booked all my tests by myself, If I had been waiting for the booking team to call me It would take me another 3 months . Above all I would like to extend a big thank you to all my instructors who helped me alot. BIG THANK YOU to Mr. Ashik and Mr. Tausif ( Jabel Ali Branch) who were very patient and kept me focused. From day one, Ashik has been uplifting and supportive, motivating me even on the days I struggled or failed. I usually took night classes after work and was often his last student, but not once did he seem tired or uninterested. His calm and professional attitude, especially during a challenging incident with a raging pedestrian who stopped us in the middle of the road and threw things at us, was truly admirable. A big thank you as well to Mohammed Zain from the booking department for always ensuring I had the best time slots that worked with my busy schedule. Fantastic experience: This driving institute is highly recommended to most people out there my experience in this institute was beyond my comprehension, l started with zero knowledge how to operate forklift truck, but my instructor Mr. Abdul Ghaffar is highly skillful instructor statically he teach me how to operate forklift truck and l got my license, l rate him us the best instructor.

Fantastic experience: After long time today finally passed my Road Test. The experience was very nice good. I transfer the file from other 3 institute, to here and at least they support and try to find out the solution to get things done as much they can. The staff customer service manager, facilities are very good and helpful! Thank you bin yaber team.

Negative experience: Professional beggars, they will continue to improvement in begging money professionally… not even ashamed of themselves Be aware of these schools scams, these schools are collecting money on the name of RTA. Please read carefully and secure yourself. - Do not provide them OTP if they ask for that. - you can login to RTA website and register yourself - book your RTA test online through RTA website the school will charge you extra fee. - for license issuance you can apply online through RTA website I transferred myself from bin yaber to another school and for that the NOC from bin yaber is required , in the NOC they issued they mentioned 22 registered hours whereas I was registered for 20 hours. As a proof I have attached both contract from bin yaber and NOC. They are scammers and scamming with every students. To appear for RTA final road test you need to complete 10,15 or 20 hours of training either you pass or fail in the internal assessment test it does not matter but the school will keep failing you intentionally and keep making money. I spoke to RTA related to this and I have attached screenshot taken from the RTA website that clarifies that the assessment test is just a practice test to final road test. These schools are high level of cheaters , I sent many emails to bin yaber to fix the NOc however they are not responding to it. Secure yourself, if you need guidance I guide you and you can save your money and time.

Positive experience: I can say that my experience with Bin Yaber Jebel Ali is great. I didn't regret my decision in choosing this school, I learned so much and sufficiently in order to be a good and safe driver. Special thanks to Mr. Hasheem, who was my instructor all throughout from start to finish. He is an excellent teacher and is very cool, my classes with him were informative and fun. The scheduling of classes and tests can be improved I think, hence I'm giving 1 star less. Waiting times can be long depends on your preferences. But overall, I find their services still convenient and enough.

Negative experience: Worst experience with this institute i will never suggest to anyone to take from this school because: 1. never give you a class early if slots available 2. There is soo bad they pass worst driver but who drives good they will fail you again and again to make money 3. They will fail you many time if u have taken limited package to make the money 4. Online facilities are soo bad that if u want something early you have to go to school 5. In exam worst driver who make lot of major mistakes they getting pass and i got fail bec i have limited package 6. Its been 5 months and didn’t got license till now I am getting stressed because now how i feel its more difficult exam then university exam because here they want to make money for themselves and give mental stress to students

Negative experience: Worst Management at Bin Yaber at Jebal Ali Branch, unorganized way of working, no were there are parking test at 6Am in the morning specially for those staying far away areas it is really difficult to make it and they got to leave home by 4 Am, Dates for classes, test is really long and waiting time is too much, they have taken too many students but failed to provide infrastructure. strongly recommend other school where you can save much more time & money.

Positive experience: Good driving school overall, i got my license in 4 months. special thanks to Hafiz from batuta branch that help me pursuing the booking team with the slots for tests. instructors are good and they teach you what you need to know to pass the tests. On the other hand, it takes long time to get a spot for the RTA tests, specially for the final road test. Pick up and drop off service is useful if you live close to the metro stations, otherwise you will have to take a taxi or metro and walk. Once you are done with all tests they print the license in the same day and you leave the place with an extreme sensation of happiness

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at this driving school. From start to finish, it was clear that the students’ well-being and progress were not a priority. Every time I asked for assistance or clarification, I was passed around from one person to another with no one willing to help. The lack of care and professionalism is shocking. What’s worse, the inspector during my driving test was incredibly rude and aggressive. His tone and attitude were completely uncalled for, making an already stressful situation even more difficult. It’s unacceptable to treat students this way, especially when they are there to learn and improve. If you’re considering this driving school, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. This place is unorganized, the staff is indifferent, and the environment is just plain hostile. Save yourself the frustration and find a school that actually cares about its students.

Fantastic experience: Fast and reliable. I had a great experience with my drivers license issuance with BYDI. All employees o interacted with were professional and pleasant, and my overall impression was really positive.

Negative experience: There are many thefts happening. The school tester is more like a salesperson, just trying to get you to retake the exam and pay more. The first time, I passed on three points. The second time, I was told I failed on the last point without any explanation. I mentioned that I would file a complaint, and then I was failed on all the previous points as well. And the manager told me I’m In the home and I not available to solve your issue now. This is the worst school in the world.

Negative experience: Very bad school, distance from first class to second class is too long and exam at the end of class is too long. The school is very busy. I have already been running for nine months. The instructors are very good

One thing which i want to say one of teacher Mr Khabib Zareen is the best driving instructor in this school. Negative experience: The worst experience which can be ever happen. Highly don’t recommend. Most of the test I have passed through the first attempt , but still it takes more than 6 months for me, as they are saving the slots for “money-priority” people. I’m on the stage of the final exam, and even once I failed, they didn’t provide the report why I have failed. After they’re just continuously asking to pay, even when it’s not really required. Better to go to circus. I hope no one will use this school..

Negative experience: I just enrolled in bin yaber vip course for 11000aed however they are not equipped with vip facilities like other driving institutes. They only have one car at their jebel ali branch and expect customers to go to their other branch near Silicon Valley which is 45mins drive from my location. To top it all I just received a call now before my first practical lesson tomorrow that the only vip car that they have has broken down so they will inform me tomorrow morning 2 hours before my Scheduled class if the car will be available or not! They should definitely have more car options at their jebel Ali branch because I was not informed of all this otherwise would not have enrolled myself at bin yaber

Fantastic experience: It is exactly 162 days ago since I inquired and registered for this driving school and I would say my experience with them is very very good, some hassles and inconveniences encountered but overall I am glad to have studied in Bin Yaber Driving Institute in Jebel Ali branch. I had few different instructors that taught me and they all are great but a special shoutout to Mohamed Nahas Jahfarudeen Kassim Kunju who has been my instructor for a longer period and he did teach me very well. I have no previous driving experience but I did pass the Internal and RTA parking in first attempt and the RTA Final Road Test in the second attempt. Finally I got my Driving License on the same day I took the RTA Final Road Test. A recommended driving school in Dubai for sure. A huge thank you! Now it's time to learn in the real world. :)

Negative experience: Very slow, they don’t tell the classes in advance and delay in allocating classes. If you are taking there normal classes it takes several weeks to book next class.. very disappointed. They don’t mention these while taking admission. Trainers are also not up to mark

Negative experience: It's the worst school at all I never saw in my life this much of a lack of service. always not answering and they will not give you clear information so they can make you pay more and more. they delayed my courses on purpose and then my learner permit expired and they as just asking for money. VERY VERY BAD

Positive experience: I got my Driving license two weeks ago. Thanks a lots to my instructor Mr. Sarath Sir, Really he is great. Best teacher i had in my training period but my first teacher was bery aggressive and angry to me mostly time he was shouting with me i don't want to mention his name, i was always afraid in clasa with him. Then customer service is very poor they wast may lots of time only saing this RTA slot not available. My request to Management team they should look into this matter. Thats why i give 4 Star other wise they deserved 5 Star. Again thanks to Sarath sir you teach me like a friend.

Fantastic experience: My experience about bin Yadar school very good .. the staff of bin Yader very nice .. specialy teacher Mr. Akhtar Ayaz Bakhsh very nice person and good teacher! All the classes I took in this school were very good for me. My teacher Akhtar sahab was also very good who taught me driving from start to finish. I understood it well and so was the rest of the staff!

He was extremely patient and friendly when teaching concepts to me - not only for driving, but for parking and exam preparation tips as well. Negative experience: Poor customer services, a sales person never answer your calls for guidance once you pay. The call center is always busy. During ramadan my wife standing in line between men and the agents there didnt prioritize her as a woman between a field of men. When i came to interfere thr guy kept yelling me saying “ cant you see me busy” wow Plus first lecture iw as late 15 minutes they marked me absent and yet still they gave me the lecture. Had ti pay 115 dhs for an additional hour which was unfair
