Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this driving school. When I first registered, my husband specifically asked for a female instructor for me, and we were assured that it wouldn’t be a problem. However, after we paid and started the lessons, we were told that no female instructors were available. This was repeated several times, despite promises from the manager, Mr. Ahmed, that it would be resolved. One of my instructors, Nadia, always praised my driving skills during practice sessions and she is very good teacher i thank her so much and told me I was “soooo good.” Yet, when it came time for the test, SYED SHAFAT HUSSAIN failed me without any clear explanation. This happened multiple times, and I couldn’t help but feel like they were finding excuses just because I am a woman. I want to warn other women: if you’re considering this school, think twice. The environment is biased and disrespectful. The testers, mostly of Pakistani background, treated me unfairly and without respect. It’s not a place where women can feel supported or fairly assessed. Avoid this school for your own peace of mind.

Negative experience: This is the worst service ever. They never answer the phone. They will tell you we will call you back and they never call you back. This is the worst company ever in Dubai. I do not recommend anybody register or sign up with them at all. Please don’t waste your money and your time as I did.

I got trained under 2 instructors the beginning was with Mr.shibu sir and from the parking with Mr.Nicolas sir. Both were very nice instructors.I was so comfortable with them. Mr. Nicolas sir he guided me very well and made me more confident during the classes. I am so lucky to have him as a good trainer and mentor. Positive experience: I got license in 3months from this School 6 number but problem is Accounts person he will not give you payment system he will not understand you he saying when you get license after we will give all payment receipt I don’t know about the payment receipt. I want where is cutting my money when I paid only that time will give you payment receipt not understand you this money for what. where cutting your money I don’t know when I open the file only a pay pay pay before I open the file for 3 number license in Excellence driving school but when you failed test you will show you payment only pay for the rta parking or for assessment or RTA final and how much you wanna pay but payment system is good you will be easily understanding and you will be know my money is cutting here. I will not telling the people you wanna open the in Excellence I am just understand you for payment system is not good. Thanks Best Regards Naveed

Negative experience: While Dubai Drive is a good school, it also has some flaws. So I share my experience with you. The teachers of the school are very good and competent and work hard. I am thankful to my teacher Aneeb Khalid and the entire team of teachers. But here talk about ddc dip2 branch staff and custmer care.They are useless people who don't even know how to talk to the customs. accounts department person he is like behavior arbab.Neither do they have any politeness. If someone talks, instead of their mistake, they say which teacher is wrong. They are arrogant type of people. Only 1 person manger off ddc help with one another's.other staff did not have manners how to talk Costmer.very cheap staff.Understand. If any senior man sees my message, he should consider this.. thanks And one another thing please save money DDC not cheap.if they will give package afterthat sapeate pay night and weakend classes other school 3 to 400 enough for night shift class but hare 1 hour 32AED pay. and one more here school did not give landline no must be you come to school for class booking.if we call to call center he said we will forward you call but no body recive call and call bach after 2 days. So please don't waste time and money.they don't know how to labour worker earn
